Hit a rock and ended up with a flat tire and a cracked wheel on my Model Y. Victor and Gabriell were super helpful and went above and beyond to take care of all my issues. Really appreciate it, highly recommend!

You guys earned a returning customer. Victor Keelan at the Roanoke location is your guy. He helped me with every question I had about services and product (tires, breaks, battery). They took care of me, and sure they will for you too. Thanks to the crew, everyone is very welcoming and make sure the environment is enjoyable.

I truly wanted to like this shop and had a good experience with them a few weeks ago, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, today’s experience was extremely frustrating. I had a 3:00 PM appointment for tires and an alignment, and I didn’t leave until after 5:27 PM. After waiting over two hours, I was told they could only install the tires and were unable to complete the alignment because of a mix-up with my truck. Apparently, they thought they were working on my truck when they weren’t and had moved it to the side. What frustrated me the most was the lack of communication. At no point did anyone come over and let me know there was an issue or that my truck was not being worked on. I kept noticing employees looking my way, but no one communicated with me or gave me an update. If someone had simply told me what was happening, I could have made the decision to leave much earlier and make arrangements to pick up my kids. Instead, I sat there for over two hours and ended up being late picking them up. On top of that, when I first arrived, two employees were arguing over who was going to take care of me, which made me feel like I was being treated more like a commission than a customer. I really wanted to like this place, especially because during my previous visit I felt comfortable and safe coming here as a woman. Unfortunately, after today’s experience, I’m left wondering if that previous experience was more about making a sale than genuinely taking care of me as a customer. I understand that things happen, but the lack of communication, organization, and respect for my time were extremely disappointing.

Outstanding Service & Genuine Kindness! I cannot say enough good things about Victor! I came in having a terrible day after getting a flat tire, and admittedly, my stress got the best of me—I was definitely a bit demanding and tough to deal with at first. Victor was an absolute professional from start to finish. Instead of meeting me with frustration, he handled everything with incredible patience, grace, and understanding. He got my vehicle right in, fixed the issue, and had me back on the road in no time. Beyond his efficiency, his kindness completely turned my day around. I walked in stressed and upset, but I left with a smile on my face and a genuine appreciation for people who go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you, Victor, for taking the extra mile to make a bad day great—you are phenomenal! And again I wanna say thank you and I am so terribly sorry for coming in with such a bad attitude. You handled it so well

Five-Star Review Huge shoutout to Victor at the Roanoke Mavis! I dropped my car off to get new tires and an alignment, and the service was nothing short of fantastic. Victor was super professional, friendly, and had everything done in record time. The whole shop, including the lobby, was spotless—you can tell they take real pride in keeping the place clean and welcoming. What I appreciated most was that Victor took the extra step to check over the rest of the vehicle and pointed out a few key items that needed attention. It’s rare to find that level of thoroughness without feeling like you're being pushed into extra work. You can really tell this location is blowing up and getting super busy, but Victor still manages to make every customer feel like a priority. If you need auto work done in Roanoke, this is definitely the spot to go!
