  Employees were great and helpful, however I needed a 16 foot box truck and was told the only available truck was a 26 footer which cost more to rent (bait and switch?) had to clean all the dead bugs off the windshield which isn’t easy on such a large truck and one of the headlights didn’t work.

  I stopped by halfway through that a 2000 mile trip with an Enterprise truck from Colorado that had dangerous tire conditions. Most locations would have passed the buck and told me to call back to Colorado. However, Jeremy did not do that. He came out and looked at the tires and was super helpful in advising me where to go to get new tires under their fleet account. On top of that, he called discount tire ahead of time to let them know I was coming. Also the service manager named Shawn, who handles vehicle maintenance for the district was extremely helpful and provided incredible customer service and instantaneous approval to keep us moving efficiently on our trip. 10 out of 10 I would recommend these guys. They are much more responsive than any other Enterprise I've found.

  Rental staff were very helpful and friendly. The truck was super clean and easy to drive! Good prices also!
