  Please be very careful when you rent from here, take your own pictures and document EVERY mark/scratch. They don’t take pics facing the door (they stand at the hood and take them down the whole side of the car), when delivered and then when you return the car, they take a pic head on at the door and charge you for marks that were there when you picked up, but can’t be seen in the original pics. Very clever. We thought all damage was documented and it wasn’t. Really disappointing.

  Staff are nice, professional and competent but supply of vehicles at this Roanoke branch is almost always low/out. I rent fairly regularly from this branch for business travel and I almost never get the vehicle class I reserve. Next closest branch with better supply (that my employer will allow me to rent from) is at DFW airport, 30-minute drive and very inconvenient to access/navigate since it's designed for airport travelers not local residents. Most recent vehicle looked like it was not washed on outside; not a good look when visiting business customers.
