  Staff are nice, professional and competent but supply of vehicles at this Roanoke branch is almost always low/out. I rent fairly regularly from this branch for business travel and I almost never get the vehicle class I reserve. Next closest branch with better supply (that my employer will allow me to rent from) is at DFW airport, 30-minute drive and very inconvenient to access/navigate since it's designed for airport travelers not local residents. Most recent vehicle looked like it was not washed on outside; not a good look when visiting business customers.

  **DO NOT RENT HERE** This is one of the worst, most unprofessional places I've ever dealt with. I made a reservation days in advance, and when I arrived, they couldn't even find it. To make matters worse, the two kids working the front desk were completely unhelpful and seemed to have no idea what they were doing. The entire experience was frustrating, disorganized, and a complete waste of my time. If you're considering renting here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. **RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE**

  The staff at the Roanoke location are hands down the best in the business. Very compassionate at my situation, informative, helpful and definitely made me feel at ease with the whole process. They even checked on me after a couple days to reassure I was happy with the vehicle. I will be a repeat customer should I need to have a rental. Highly recommend!

  I had the greatest experience working with the manager, Brooke, when renting a moving truck. I had originally booked a truck 2 weeks in advance but found out that a day before the scheduled pickup time that the truck was unavailable. Brook went above and beyond to rectify the issue and take great care of me so that I would not be left hanging. She was extremely kind, thoughtful, and very understanding of what I needed to get done. I would not hesitate to rent another moving truck from Brooke and Enterprise again.
