  I recently moved to Texas and needed to get an emissions inspection done, so I stopped by Brakes Plus and had a great experience. Frey provided excellent customer service, was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the process and wait times. Quick and hassle-free, which I appreciated being new to Texas. Great service, great experience, and I definitely recommend Frey and the team at Brakes Plus!

  I can not say enough good thing's about this shop. My AC decided to act up the other day and in this Texas heat, that was gonna be a MASSIVE problem. They got me in as soon as the doors opened and Joe( the technician) did a great job. He said is was just an actuator and reset the system. The other 2 techs, Jon and Armando were top notch, too. The manager Frey was also very helpful, his associates Matt and John were great too. They all seem to genuinely care about about their customers and will answer all your questions, especially John, that dude can talk forever lol.

  Had a wonderful experience at this Breaks Plus. They went above and beyond to repair damage caused by another company. Thank you so much, John, for your excellent customer service and correcting what Discount messed up. Will definitely be back!!

  Frely went above and behind to help me out with my car A/C.. another shop didnt do it right and so brought it to him and he worked with us to get it back to working again in this heat.. but the next day Frelyn was off and I definitely did not appreciate the treatment I received..told me car would be ready by 1 or 2pm and then come back to tell me 5pm maybe when I live hr and half away and have to arrange rides.. i get dropped off at noon and thirty min later they tell me 5pm maybe.. car isn't wven being worked on..sat here hr and half and car is still in a parking spot... Definitely not a happy camper...Freyln is off and u can tell the atmosphere is different when he isn't here..they dont care as much

  I don't think I can say enough good things about this shop and the people who work here. Today was already a big and stressful day for my family, the first day of school for my kids, and after a very long night of last minute summer school projects and getting everyone ready, the last thing I needed was for the AC in my car to stop working. Unfortunately, car repairs don't exactly wait until you're financially prepared for them. I came in needing emergency AC repair from a leak, and from the very beginning, I felt like I was being treated with kindness and respect. Frelyn saw me coming a mile away and as soon as I walked in he had the calmness of an angel. He took the time to explain what was happening, worked with me on the cost (financing is availabl), and never made me feel embarrassed or pressured about my financial situation. What really stands out to me is that this location specifically doesn't feel like a business that is simply trying to get cars in and get money out. They genuinely seem to care about the people driving those cars. They care about doing the job correctly, making sure customers understand what they're paying for, andmost importantly, making sure people leave with a vehicle that is safe and comfortable to drive. When you are already stretched thin, an unexpected car repair can feel overwhelming. Having someone on the other side of that counter who chooses compassion, honesty, and integrity makes an enormous difference. I am incredibly grateful that I ended up here today. There are plenty of places that can repair a car, but finding people who make you feel cared for while they're doing it is something special. Thank you for taking care of my car, but even more than that, thank you for taking care of me when I really needed someone to do that today. I will absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, compassionate, and trustworthy people to take care of their vehicle.
