Edit: I would like to update my review to recognize the excellent customer service I received after raising my concerns. I truly appreciate the customer support team for promptly addressing my review and taking my feedback seriously. Manager Frey and my service advisor, John, went above and beyond to address my concerns and resolve the issue. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction made a real difference. I’m now completely happy with the service and appreciate the effort they put into making things right. Thank you to Manager Frey, John, and the customer support team for turning my initial experience into a positive one!

Freylyn the manager is very knowledgeable and personal. He does a fantastic job of explaining what your cars needs are (and shows you diagrams so you truly understand what he is working on which is very nice as someone not very knowledgeable about cars.) Even if just for an oil change you can ensure you will have prompt and communicative service that will have me coming back time and time again and recommending them to others!

Frye did an exceptional job on making sure my vehicle is drivable again. He explained everything in detail and what options I had to accomplish the situation. Very patient, kind and understanding to the stress I was dealing with Frye made my process much more effortlessly. I appreciate your assistance Fraye, you're truly God-sent and may all customers ask for him, please. You won't regret taking your vehicle here to be serviced by him and his members John and others. Great Place!!!

Amazing service by John and his crew. Went in for an alignment and they got it done within an hour then sold me on spark plugs so they got that done too. Once I had called them they told me some bad news about how one of their techs had accidentally broken a piece of my radiator. They fixed it at no cost to me, gave me a whole new radiator, fluid, and flushed the entire thing. Genuinely amazing service and a great shop. 100% going to them for everything I have now.
