  I received phenomenal service today at Valvoline! Mike, Bryant, and Isaac were very professional and helpful. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced service like I did today. Everything was so quick and easy! Thank you!

  Was waiting for 10 min or so in line , was told it would be shortly which is fine , but then a cuztomer pulls next to me and they make me move lanes with her so basically she gets my spot ( turn) as soon as ther about to service me , I get asked to trade spots in a lane where there still a car being arrviced and looks like no hurry it will be done cuz why trade me her spot

  I don’t even know where to start man! Ever since I came in Isaac one of the assistant managers has been a great help I would recommend this my family member and friends.hope Isaac becomes manager one day.

  Always great service here, but RJ was the best! He went above and beyond by offering to change the filter behind my glove box—something no one had ever mentioned to me, and I didn’t even know existed! Great service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

  I came in to Valvoline for what I expected to be the usual oil change experience: pull in, wait around, hand over some money, and leave wondering why an oil change somehow took longer than a full-length movie. 😂 BUT RJ and Jacob absolutely crushed it. These guys were awesome from the second I pulled in. They were super friendly, professional, and somehow managed to get everything done QUICK. Like, “Wait…that’s it?” quick. 😂 RJ and Jacob made the whole process incredibly easy and actually enjoyable, which is not something I ever thought I’d say about getting an oil change. They explained everything, answered my questions, and made sure I knew what was going on without trying to make me feel like I needed a degree in automotive engineering. The best part was how friendly they were. You can tell when someone is just going through the motions versus when they actually care about providing good service, and these two definitely cared. They were laughing, joking around, and still got the job done efficiently and professionally. If every Valvoline had an RJ and Jacob working there, I’d probably start looking forward to oil changes. 😂 Huge shoutout to RJ and Jacob for the great service, quick work, and making what should be a boring 30-minute chore feel like a surprisingly enjoyable experience. These guys deserve some recognition! 10/10 service. 10/10 attitude. 10/10 speed. If you need an oil change, go see RJ and Jacob. Your car gets fresh oil, and you get to leave happy. Can’t ask for much more than that! 😂👏
