  You can’t get in touch with a human the phone system just put my wife in a loop forever. Companies need to stop having automated systems that can’t do anything

  Update 4/17/26: The installer came back for a 3rd time today to reinstall a new piece of glass. Now my vehicle looks even worse. The new glass has several deep scratches. They also dragged a screwdriver along the entire top of the window scratching the paint of the vehicle. The scratches run for the entire length of the window - about 46 inches. It will have to be repainted because it looks terrible. Finally, they tried to fix the trim piece they broke during the first installation. He tried to glue it because the clips were broken which is deceptive. It also didn't work so now the trim piece is completely broken off. New photos added to show the additional damage. I also pointed this out to the installer who could not have cared less. Original Review 4/19/26: I cannot recommend this branch of Safelite. They replaced the rear quarter panel window on my wife's mini van and installed the new glass without the included rubber molding (1st picture). When I pointed out the issue the technician told me somebody from the shop would call me to reschedule a warranty repair. After a week nobody ever called me so I booked a new appointment online. When the 2nd technician showed up he was unable to install the molding due to how the first technician installed the replacement glass. We also noticed the first technician broke several plastic trim clips and tried to hide the damage (2nd picture). Since the 2nd technician was unable to complete the repair he told me somebody from safelite would contact me again once everything was ordered from Honda. 2 weeks later and nobody has contacted me. I am also unable to book a new appointment online so now I will have to drive to the shop just to get an update. They are friendly and 1 of my 2 installers seemed to know what they were doing. But the shop's customer service and follow-up are terrible. My initial appointment was March 23 and it is now 18 days later and I still do not have a properly installed window.
