From scheduling to completion, service was outstanding. It was easy scheduling online and then So convenient that they came to our home to install the glass and recalibrate the window. Our tech Ahmed was great and educational. We love our new windshield

Amazing location. Nice clean lobby and waiting area with coffee and water. The Manager Jordon was amazing and set up everything really nicely making sure he got the right windshield. Making sure his Master Technician who worked on my car did an awesome job. I would Highly recommend this place. The staff is very professional and courteous. Wonderful experience. If there were 0 stars, this would be it. First of all, it took 3-4 trips to even get the glass installed, as they brought the WRONG GLASS twice and also once had the calibrator broken so said they could fix the glass but I would have to do to the shop for calibration (40 minutes away...which utterly defeats the purpose of Safelite). Finally got the glass installed and noticed a small circle the day of but didn't think much of it because it was so obvious. Fast forward a month and it starts to spider. I called Safelite for a warranty call and they came out on the 27th of May and, of course, said it was not their fault. I simply asked them for pictures, as I would assume any thorough shop would take pictures as a quality proof. To not get into all the details, it took me 27 days from that point to get to a final resolution (again they washed their hands), I was never shown any photos and told the ones they have are "too pixelated" to see anything. To get here I needed to call customer services at least 6-7 occasions, never hearing back from the store or regional manager until this past week. What is worse is that because I carry a 0 deductible insurance for windshields, during the whole process I was reminder my deductible was 0 so why did I not just let them repair it a second time? Are you kidding me? Of course I learned my lesson as well to ask any and all questions on the spot (lesson learned) and not blindly trust in a business to do the right thing. So save yourself the trouble and use a shop in your local community where reputation still means something.

Went to this place as soon as it opened up, had a chip repaired it was done perfect. I specifically suggested or asked to be sent to this place through my warranty because they did such a good job the first time, the second time was a huge mistake. What I noticed is, it was the same manager that was there the first time I went he talked to me, explained to me what they were going to do what it was going to look like when it was finished it would have a small little hole where they have to drill XYZ…everything was good. This time I walked in a young guy comes out filthy hands. I mean, black filthy, takes my keys jumps in my car flies around the back. I sit there for 30 minutes. Nobody ever talked to me about what was happening what I should expect or anything, they just walked out handed me my keys and told me I was good to go. I get in the car. It is a huge blob in front of my face more of a distraction than the chip was. I turned around went to talk to the manager who was extremely dismissive looking at it telling me well well you know this that and the other no it looks like a two-year-old repaired it. This is a $3000 windshield that my dealership is telling me I have to replace since they don’t do repair. I noticed the guy who took my keys another girl who brought a car out for someone else and the guy who brought my car out. None of them looked over 21 personally I feel like whoever did my windshield was inexperienced based off the way the first one was done by the manager himself. Absolutely do not recommend this place until they pull it together. SAFELITE: Talk to the customers when they come in. Tell them what to expect converse with your customers don’t just grab the keys and walk away and then hand the keys and walk away again after doing a horrible repair! NEVER AGAIN Side note, I found it strange that they were repairing my windshield, but I kept getting notifications on my car that it was being opened and closed MULTIPLE times. That may have been nothing, but it did make me feel uncomfortable. Why do you need to get in and out of my car seven times to fix the windshield repair on the outside? Cars these days tell you everything, especially when you have an app that gives you a real time notification every time something is done to your car. Wow: after reading some of the responses to these other reviews of customers that were not happy once again all that comes across is dismissiveness I didn’t see one please come back and we’ll see if we can help anything like that. Seems like the energy is “oops sorry”
