  Absolutely terrible experience at this Safelite location. Two weeks ago I brought my car in for a windshield replacement. During installation, they broke the new windshield themselves. When they called to tell me, they promised a discount and free wipers to make up for it — neither of those things ever happened. But it gets worse. The very next day, my girlfriend’s Audi had its back window broken out. I taped it up the best I could and, reluctantly, called Safelite again. They scheduled a mobile technician for the next day, and I paid nearly $500 for the replacement.Today, the technician was supposed to arrive at 1:15 PM. He showed up almost three hours late, only to tell us he couldn’t remove the back windshield wiper because “if I break it, you’ll hold me liable.” His solution? Get a refund.He also admitted that if he had come earlier in the day, he could’ve had another tech come out to remove the wiper — but since it was already after 4 PM, “it’s too late.”So now I’m still driving around with tape holding the back window together, out the money, out the time, and with zero resolution.This location has shown me nothing but broken promises, poor communication, and zero accountability. I will never use Safelite again, and I strongly recommend avoiding this shop altogether.

  Unfortunately took my brand new vehicle to get a windshield replacement and according to the dealer the job was done improperly. My vehicle was there from 8AM until 2:30pm in what was supposed to be a 2-3 hour job. The safety sensors and cameras are all installed wrong, some of them have adhesive on them and Subaru has advised me that the job needs to be re done however I've lost all trust with Safelite. Take your vehicle elsewhere if you care about it. Meanwhile I am driving my new vehicle without the safety features as they no longer work until this job is re done.

  Wrong window arrived first after door was disassembled but return with correct one came within 48hours and finished properly.

  Exceptional Service from Jarred at Safelite I cannot say enough positive things about the service we received from Jarred at Safelite. He came out to repair the front passenger window of my daughter’s 2025 Toyota Camry after someone apparently used a possible hole-punch device to damage the window during an attempted break-in. From the moment Jarred arrived, he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. He completed the repair faster than expected, and the quality of his work was outstanding. What impressed me even more was that Jarred went above and beyond the repair itself. He took the time to share practical tips and recommendations for helping protect the vehicle from future break-ins. That extra effort and concern for our safety and peace of mind really stood out. Jarred also took the initiative to contact his supervisor, George, to make sure I received the military discount. That was incredibly thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Then came an especially meaningful moment: George wanted to speak with me personally to thank both my daughter and me for our service to our country. That level of personal appreciation and respect was truly unexpected and speaks volumes about the people representing Safelite. Jarred is a true professional and a class act, and George deserves recognition as well. Customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare, which makes the experience even more memorable. Thank you, Jarred, George, and Safelite, for taking care of my daughter, her vehicle, and our family with such professionalism, kindness, and respect. Outstanding service from start to finish!
