  Very convenient but the only reason im not giving 5 stars is because you are not told upfront if you choose not to do the service you are still charged $79 just for the quote. I was not told this until after I signed up for service then I was sent an email like oh by the way...... I was also not told upfront that if I didnt agree to the mechanics recommendation on everything he said I should fix I would not be covered under warranty. So I felt forced to pay for more otherwise it wasn't covered. So yes my brakes are fixed and it was convenient and fast but there are in fact hidden fees they dont tell you about. The plus side they accept affirm so you can make payments if needed which is what I had to do since I wasn't expecting to pay double what I signed up for. I think i will stick with a regular storefront mechanic from now on due to the warranty issue alone.

  I called on Monday to receive a quote, the gentleman on the phone was lovely and worked with me to set up an appointment that worked around my schedule. The technician showed up within the specified timeframe and communicated with me throughout the process. I was not charged any more than I was quoted. The work was done quickly and the technician was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone in the future that needs someone professional that can work around your schedule!

  Sergio was above and beyond professional and courteous beyond belief! He took care of our brakes in record time, and I will be hiring you guys again, and most likely for our other vehicle! TY NuBrakes!!
