  There was a nail in my front tire so I stopped at another shop first, and they were being so dramatic saying my whole wheel was done and needed to be replaced. The guy was honestly so condescending too! kept asking me “how long have you been driving on a flat?” In a mean tone, being super dismissive and literally smirking. It really felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I’m young, alone, and don’t know much about cars So I decided to get a second opinion and came to Jiffy Lube and wow… completely different experience. Everyone was so sweet, helpful, and most importantly honest. The technicians actually took the time to explain everything to me and never once made me feel dumb for not knowing where certain things were. It ended up being such a quick, simple fix. I can’t recommend this place enough. Everyone here is genuinely so kind, and they even handled a super angry customer while I was there with so much patience and professionalism. I love this place highly recommend

  I highly recommend this spot for maintenance and car related services! Max the manager and Mark were very genuine and kind. They helped me out with my splash shield. This place is awesome, and everyone working there is down-to-earth.

  Jiffy Lube by Alianna is an awesome shop. Got there early in the morning on Sunday amd accommodated me right away… I will always go there for an oil change or on any car needs

  I wasn’t too thrilled about a few things on my last visit to JL. 1). I provide a $25 coupon for full synthetic but was only discounted $20. I only discovered this while about to shred my paper receipt. 2). The receipt stated that they “added” windshield wiper fluid. There was absolutely no fluid when I turned the wipers on. 3). The service tech recommended to rotate tires which I opted to do. However, the receipts have all these jibberish notes in the service section, which I don’t understand what they mean. 4). Follow up sticker were never provided or pasted on windshield. I have a good habit to track and keep record of all our oil change records in my journal, so I’ll in fine. 5). There was absolutely NO GREETING given by any employee or manager while I was in lobby and when I initially pulled up for service. While these issues may be deemed minor, they were enough to sway me away from JL and to proceed further with another competitor.
