  Great service from Diego and the team! I’ve brought 2 cars here from simple oil changes and inspections to larger repairs. I recommend for quick but quality service in the Aliana area

  Brought in a family memebers car and asked for an oil change. Showed the guy the coupon I had that explicity said "Conventional Oil $20 off. $39.99". Then the mechanic then proceeded to fill the vehicle with full synthetic then wanted to charge me $89.99 for the oil change. I told them once again about the coupon that said "Conventional Oil" and they said they didnt have that type of oil for the weight of the vehicle but decided to not inform me before the oil change and instead use full synthetic. They gave me the $20 discount and I inevitability paid for the oil change however I will not be back. Unprofessional buisness practice. This is why I do my own oil changes so that way I dont have to deal with incompetence.

  This place was a huge help when I was having issues with my check engine light. It kept coming on, so I decided to stop by for some assistance. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to give me great advice. I really appreciated their help and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!   I would like to thank Diego for showing high level customer service skills when I came in today for an oil change. He made me aware of other maintenance issues that my vehicle needed and also let me know the overall status of my vehicle. He is a gentleman and scholar of the highest class and order. High level intellectual, he has class and he’s charismatic. Shout out Diego. Will be returning and referring my friends and family.

  I recently visited the Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers location in Richmond Aliana Location (Grand Pkwy) for low air on front driver side tire. Intake person got the car and told me there is no air leak and did not do any repair and charged $ 24.99 for a visual inspection which I NEVER requested. I have contacted the manager and reported the incident. The manager says they do charge for inspection even though it was not requested by customer. My purpose was not inspection but take care of the tire pressure. He refused to refund the money and I believe it is a ripoff. Unfair business practice. They kept me waiting for two hours for an express service. Not an honest business, Trust, Honesty and Respect is not practiced here. Your vision and Mission are a fake notice for ripping off your customers. Do business with honesty and serve your customer. The entire process took about 120 minutes, and I hate it. Never will visit your service. The staff was unprofessional / dishonest / unfriendly. Highly NOT recommend this location for anyone looking for honest, speedy auto care in the area.
