I would like to recognize Diego and Jesus. I came yesterday to get information, including pricing and if I can make an appointment. Diego assured me that I can stop on by today, Sunday as long as it’s before close of business. He gave me a quote and he also gave me additional information to prepare me for my appt. His warm energy and customer service was one of the reasons why I decided to come back. I came in earlier than expected on today, Sunday and was welcomed by both Jesus and Diego. Customer service was phenomenal. I was in and out. And I was assured that my vehicle was good to go. And was in good hands with them both. The only issue that I had was not being able to leave these two guys a tip because they stated they cannot accept tips. I believe they deserved a tip. So instead of me not being able to provide them a tip. I want to make sure that they have a good review. and hopefully this can bring awareness to their managers that they deserve a promotion/raise and to also bring awareness to draw in customers to come in and visit this location. thank you again, Diego and Jesus.

I would like to say thank you to Diego for providing such wonderful and excellent customer service! Went in for an oil change and he was kind enough to inform me on other servicing matters that needed acknowledging! He was quick, reliable, and displayed an overall positive attitude! I was left satisfied and would be returning for any other vehicle needs I may have! Great staff and tidy well organized facility! 10/10 would recommend!

This place is scammers and overpriced and DIEGO has a horrible attitude he tried to double dip on me he asked for a deposit of $50 earlier and then tried to charge me the full amount of what I was paying and then got mad when I realized what he was doing and he still refused to give me a receipt for the deposit this place is horrible and trash it’s so sad that this is how they treat a Richmond native who’s been around here way before they were smh.
