  This is for the fleet side. How is it I’ve been here 7 times and each time no one is here during regular business hours. Just a note on the door saying we will be right back

  I reserved a Chevrolet Tahoe on June 22 for a 4-day Independence Day family vacation. When I arrived at the Enterprise branch to pick up the vehicle, I was told the Tahoe was not available. The staff checked other Enterprise locations, but they were unable to find a comparable SUV. The only alternative offered was a Kia minivan, which did not meet my travel needs, so I declined it and returned home. Unfortunately, my vacation plans were ruined because the vehicle I reserved was unavailable. I understand that inventory issues can happen, but I believe customers who reserve a vehicle well in advance should either receive a comparable replacement or be offered a satisfactory solution. I hope Enterprise improves its reservation process so other customers don’t experience the same disappointment during a holiday weekend.

  I had a large SUV booked for over a month for a trip we were leaving for on 6/7. At 4:00 pm on 6/5, they called me and said they didn't have a large SUV available. We physically could not go on our trip without this size vehicle. When I asked them why they would allow someone to book a vehicle that they could not produce, I got no real answer. Luckily I called Avis/Budget immediately and they were able to help.
