- AKafraisham khanAug 13, 20261.0I went to get a car rental from this location. this lady, the moment I stepped in, the store started treating me badly.Her behavior was so rude without any reason she was making faces.And upon asking for car options, she only showed me one car, and she said, that's all we have.And in the parking lot, I have seen tons of cars, intermediate, compact suvs, I have been asking her, she was giving me one answer.I cannot give you anything in the very rude way.And I am putting her picture.Please do not go to this location and report this lady.She is a pathatic customer service representative.

First she start giving her run around there is no reservation for here . When she show proof and everything then she flipped she only has 1 car which is basic hatch back . While whole lot was fulll of rental cars she lied and kept bad attitude . Hardly give us a thing . Not recommended !! Be aware of this lady attaching photo of it . Company and owner should look at cctv video how rude she is .
