  I secured my rental at the Enterprise location in Richmond/Fulshear, TX via insurance while my car was getting fixed in a shop nearby. I called enterprise days ahead to ensure my appointment was set for the time I was meant to drop my car off at the shop & confirm that a rental car would be there waiting for me. I was told that since it was an 8:30a appointment I should have no issues & a compact SUV should be available as requested. To no surprise (because this has happened before) I was told that they did NOT have a car ready & that they would be sending an employee over to pick me up & take me to the enterprise location. I brought my mother with me this time because I had a feeling this would happen again & told them that I would just head there with her. Upon arrival I checked in & ended up sitting in the waiting area for nearly an hour as multiple customers who came in after me (both with and without appointments) were helped & brought out to their rentals promptly. As soon as I was the last one left in the room I was told my car was ready. (Just to preference I was told over the phone days before that would be receiving a rental worth up to $40 a day since that is what my insurance covered & a minimum it would be a full size sedan if a SUV wasn’t available.) I was then brought out to the smallest car on the lot (size similar to a mini cooper) & just adding to it all, the car was a solid pea green color. It was 1, not what worth what my insurance covered & 2, it was not what was promised. As soon as I questioned whether it was a full size car or not, the attendant gave hesitation in his answer & was like “uhhh more like mid to intermediate I guess”, then proceeded to say he would see what else was available. Roughly 15 min later I was brought out to a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross which is a compact SUV like I initially requested. Once I signed off on everything I was told that the car had roughly a quarter of gas left so I should be aware. The gas tank barely got me to work 20mi away before the gas light went off which was very frustrating after the long morning I had at that point. As for the remainder of my rental, the car itself was great. It held up nicely for the 2 weeks I had it with no issues & the return process was simple since I was able to leave it at the repair shop. At this point in time I will be avoiding the Richmond/Fulshear location moving forward. This process seems to be typical with them & as a whole the communication i received during my last 2 rental experiences lacked transparency & honesty.

  This location is great, Devin is my guy...always so patient and helpful. All the employees are great!

  Horrible and terrible experience! This place is so disorganized, always packed with a long wait, not a first come first serve basis, and consists of a manager who was so incompetent and rude. He had asked two customers if they’ve been helped and didn’t even bother to ask me if I needed help. They had also gave me the worst car in their lot with mechanical problems, squeaky brakes and other sounds. I called another location and addressed the issues, then eventually had the car swapped out.

  The Enterprise Rent-A-Car location on FM 1093 has friendly and helpful staff, and the rental process is smooth once you're helped. However, this location is often extremely busy. If you don't arrive early, you may end up waiting up to two hours for a car. The long wait times suggest they need more staff and better time management. I recommend going as early as possible if you plan to rent from this location. Because of the excessive waiting time, I can only give it 2 stars.

  This Enterprise Leasing on FM 1093 is busy. But, when you go inside the store the leasing agents focus all of their attention on you, the customer. It might take a moment for them to answer the phone because they are helping a client. Their main focus is helping clients inside the store. The cars are very well maintained, just don't smoke inside the car, because they can't mask the smell, no matter how well they clean the vehicle.
