  They say there is a vehicle on the phone, they say there is no vehicle in the shop, the employees are lying to gain customers, be careful

  The FM1093 location confirmed a booking for a premium SUV. We received a voice mail on the way from the airport stating that the booked vehicle was not available, however a 15 passenger van had been substituted. Three people out of our party of 6 are disabled. It was nearly impossible to hoist themselves in/out of that giant vehicle & there was absolutely zero cargo space. Two elderly men had to hoist the heavy suitcases over their heads to a 15 year old boy, who was in the back seat of the van, & then he had to struggle to fit the cases in the seats. It was a horrible situation. We asked the men working at the rental place for help folding or removing the seats. They told us the seats can't be folded. They added that there is a way to remove the seats, but they aren't allowed to do that. Before we started loading stuff, I asked how we were supposed to get our things on board. One of the guys said he would come out to help us, but he never did. Then when I went to return the van, the location where I picked it up was closed. I had to call Enterprise to see where I needed to return the van. Luckily, the return location was next door. It would have been nice to have been informed on pickup where to return the vehicle, but we were not. Overall, this was a horrible, horrible experience & I would never recommend this location or Enterprise to anyone.

  The Richmond Texas store is incredible! I love that the Employees are consistently the same and are extremely well trained. They also have a wonderful cheerful attitude even when times are busy. Shout out to the fine staff there! You definitely represent Enterprise very well!

  Firstly, I’d like to thank Cade for her assistance! ⭐️ She was amazing!!! i was going through a terrible experience with the Rosenberg Enterprise location they gave me a dirty rental that had damage and told me that was all they had to offer,. After a lot of back and forth i came across this location that was FINALLY able to help me. Cade was able to take care of me and my family. She was able to communicate with the terrible Rosenberg location and had our family on our way in a GOOD CLEAN RESPECTFUL VEHICLE. THANK YOU SO MUCH CADE!
