  This particular branch I had couple of times trouble with dealing with them. There’s a John at this branch who is so unprofessional, not presentable at all and has zero clue about customer service and how to treat customers in a professional well trained way. My last issue is about a return, where Autozone gave me the wrong parts, and autozone policy says that I have 90 days to return with the original package. I was trying to but this John refused at first and asked me to go get a receipt, knowing that he could have looked my account. But I got a receipt and came back, then he refused to return it; maybe he is under trained or couldn’t understand the return policy that they have! I have no idea how until that day companies are still hiring such level of front line workers!!

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ AutoZone should consider adding a new slogan: “The Wrong Parts, Every Time.” Walked in and specifically asked for parts to do the rear brakes on my vehicle. The helpful parts expert managed to send me home with rear rotors and front brake pads. Apparently “rear brake job” is open to interpretation now. You’d think a store whose entire business revolves around auto parts would employ people who know the difference between front and rear brakes. Apparently that’s asking too much. The real fun starts when you come back to fix the mistake. Instead of taking ownership and making things right, you’re treated like somehow their parts counter lottery wasn’t their fault. Accountability seems to be out of stock right along with competent parts advice. This isn’t just a Richmond AutoZone problem either. It feels like a company-wide training program: Step 1 - Give customer wrong parts. Step 2 - Act confused when they return. Step 3 - Avoid responsibility at all costs. If you enjoy making multiple trips, second-guessing every part they hand you, and doing your own quality control, AutoZone is the place for you.

  I’ve been at this location twice and both times, had excellent service provided. This time around, it was my son’s car, which was having some battery issues. Jakob S helped us and performed a battery check and advised us that our battery needed to be replaced. He installed the battery within 10-12 mins. He was courteous, helpful and proficient. On a previous visit, about 6 weeks ago, there was an issue with wifey’s car battery and that time Eduardo had helped us. He too was proficient, and very helpful and we were extremely satisfied.

  Excelente servicio. Fui a revisar la batería del carro que estuvo 2 meses sin manejarse y Andrés, el manager, fue súper amable y paciente. Revisó el historial, para ver si tenía garantía, le puso la máquina y confirmó que la batería estaba mala y me ayudó a cambiarla. También le conectó la máquina al carro para revisar si tenía algún otro problema y todo salió bien. Da gusto encontrar personas tan serviciales y honestas. ¡Muchas gracias, Andrés el manager.
