  Excelente servicio. Fui a revisar la batería del carro que estuvo 2 meses sin manejarse y Andrés, el manager, fue súper amable y paciente. Revisó el historial, para ver si tenía garantía, le puso la máquina y confirmó que la batería estaba mala y me ayudó a cambiarla. También le conectó la máquina al carro para revisar si tenía algún otro problema y todo salió bien. Da gusto encontrar personas tan serviciales y honestas. ¡Muchas gracias, Andrés el manager.   I just left an AutoZone store because yesterday I ordered a passenger side mirror for my truck, and they told me it would be ready today at noon. Before arriving, I called, and Sean Busby checked the system but couldn’t find my order. He said he could only help if I had the receipt, but from the call, he was already distrusting me and was rude. When I arrived, the young staff were very attentive, trying to locate the part, but when Sean came out, he had a terrible attitude and said the part wasn’t there. I told him this couldn’t be true since I was assured it would be ready today, and he said I had to come back on Tuesday or get a refund. I chose this location because it’s close to my work—I do 10-hour shifts—and I can’t go to another store. Then he immediately spoke down to me, accusing me of being rude. I felt really awful; he just apologized in a dismissive tone. I did my best to speak English because many people understand me, and I didn’t even need to use Spanish, but it was clear he was being extremely unfair. In the end, he refunded my money, and now I have to go somewhere else to find the part I need.

  Tell yalls employees to do their due diligence. Annoying to be asked for ones phone number for the rewards program, not be told that it doesn’t show up to only to find out that the purchase wasn’t registered.
