  COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE MANAGEMENT I will seriously reconsider ever spending another dollar at AutoZone after the way I was treated at this location. I returned to the store THREE DAYS after purchasing an approximately $200 battery jump starter because it did not work.I wasn't trying to return something because I changed my mind. I was bringing back a product that appeared to be DEFECTIVE almost immediately after purchase. The manager, Adreana Gutierrez, told me they do not exchange or refund these items. However, the bigger issue was her incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude. There was absolutely no attempt to help me find a solution for a $200 product that wasn't working. Her attitude came across as essentially, “Too bad. Not my problem.” I asked to speak with the store manager and was told she was the store manager. I then asked for her district manager's information. She claimed she **didn't know who her district manager was** and repeatedly stated that she was the one in charge. The final straw was when I asked for AutoZone's customer complaint/customer service phone number. Her response to me was, and I quote: “I suggest you go online and look it up yourself.” Is this how an AutoZone STORE MANAGER speaks to a customer who just spent approximately $200 in a product that didn't work? A return policy is one thing. Disrespecting and dismissing a customer is another. Even if she could not authorize a refund or exchange, a professional manager could have explained the policy, provided another option, helped with the manufacturer's warranty, or simply given me the appropriate information to escalate my concern. Instead, I received sarcasm, attitude, and absolutely no interest in helping. If this is the level of customer service AutoZone considers acceptable from its management, I will gladly t ake my business to a competitor. AutoZone should seriously review how this situation was handled and whether this is the type of behavior they want representing their company. Customers deserve better!

  Amazing customer service from Jeff and Anthony. I came in to see if I could trade in some headlights because i got the wrong ones. He asked me a couple of questions and helped me through everything and even helped me realize that I had some broken component to my headlight! Now im even more pissed but not at them! But at my car ! Thank you guys <3

  Andrea at AutoZone provided outstanding customer service! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help fix my headlight. She made the process quick and easy, explained everything clearly, and made sure my headlight was working before I left. It’s hard to find employees who genuinely care about helping customers, and Andrea definitely does. Thank you for the excellent service I truly appreciate your help!
