    Just left store 5914 and the service started off great….my complaint has to do with the manager Henry M. The cashier asked him could he honor the price he quoted me on a part (note I didn’t ask him to do it). Instead of him being a professional leader and just stated that he could not do it….with a frown face and snarl look ….he said it with attitude and had the cashier feeling uncomfortable. I don’t know how he got a leadership position but he needs to be trained in customer service and professionalism

    I came here to have my car battery checked because I was having starting issues. The staff told me my battery was in good condition and not weak. I asked if they could give me a jump-start so I could make it home, but they refused and said they couldn’t help. After leaving, I went to another AutoZone location for a second opinion. They tested the battery and found that it was actually bad, so they replaced it with a new battery under warranty. After the replacement, my car started and ran without any issues.This experience was very frustrating because the first location incorrectly told me the battery was fine and offered no assistance. The difference in service and diagnosis between the two locations was disappointing. Because of this experience, I will not return to this location and would not recommend it.

    Customer service manager Andrea Gutierrez is absolutely atrocious at her job. Upon approaching her register I greeted her, she didn’t respond, so I spoke again….after speaking the 2nd time I say , you aren’t speaking to customers today? She said I don’t think I have to…..I informed her that being in a customer service position I would have thought that she was taught to greet customers….she said that she wasn’t taught to speak. Horrible

    Horrible staff, the customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever seen. The head manager talks to customers like he’d rather them not come here, and couldn’t be bothered to get out of his chair to help me find a part.
