  I was at this location yesterday due to with what I thought was a battery issue, so I purchased a new battery but it turned out to be an issue with my starter. The young man who helped me was patient and kind enough to assist me with the battery replacement and even helped me with jump starting my car. I wasn’t able to get his name but I appreciated his support. The reason I am giving two stars was due to the unprofessional customer service I received by the young lady at the counter. I wasn’t able to get a name, I just know she has long hair and glasses. I purchased a new starter back in 2019 with lifetime warranty. She informed me that I had to bring back the old starter core to get the new one (completely understandable) then I asked if I could purchase the starter, take it to my mechanic since my car was still outside, and bring the old one and get a refund for the one I purchased. She said it’s not recommended just in case there’s an issue with the warranty. Didn’t make any sense to me, so I asked why. Again she just said “just in case there’s an issue with the warranty.” She even ended the sentence with “I warned you.” It was a very vague explanation and she gave the impression that it was an inconvenience to even assist me at all. Her tone was impolite and unfriendly. I went to another auto zone and they replaced the starter with no issues at all.

  The young ladies who worked the morning shift on 4/17/26 weren’t helpful. They were making funny faces at each other which I felt was rude & disrespectful simply because I was asking questions about some products. Had to leave the store disappointed.

  I purchased a Durlast alternator on the 3rd of April in the evening. A young woman helped me and my friend out. She was having trouble getting the alternator testing machine to work in order to test my old alternator. She didn't give up and I so appreciate that. She could've easily sent me to another store and washed her hands of helping us out. She was very professional and very nice to deal with. I was very happy when I left the store. I have been there a few times and always have had a good experience just don't really write reviews but I will from now on when I get good service. Good customer service is hard to find these days, it's so sad. Please give this girl a raise!!!

  This is the most incompetent store ever. I purchased a alternator and when I returned the core they charged me instead of refunding me. I spoke to the Hispanic male manager and he was useless. He said I had to contact corporate even after showjng him the charge and not refund. I contacted corporate who sent me to regional who told me I would be called by the district manager. None of this has happened. I just filed a complaint with bbb.org in regards to this. Always check your refund on your card because they are theives and will make it frustrating to get your money back.
