I had a great experience buying my used car at Town North Mazda. Hunter Weers was transparent, patient, and never made me feel pressured or pushed into buying unnecessary add-ons. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and surprisingly fast.
The dealership delivered everything they promised, which made the buying experience stress-free. I highly recommend Hunter and the team at Town North Mazda to anyone looking for a straightforward and honest car-buying experience. Five stars!

Didn't really want to make this review as the salesman I worked with was great and the process of buying the car was very quick and easy! And this is kinda my fault for not doing a better inspection of the car i chose to purchase.
But be careful on buying a used vehicle... The first week of ownership the car died on me. The battery terminals were completely corroded and the battery was old and died. $214 dollars. Ok fine. So I started looking at the other things that could be wrong. Throwout bearing is bad has a nasty rattle. Something is leaking under the car haven't figured that out yet, the shocks dont feel great especially the front right probably blown, Brake rotors feel warped when I brake, definitely could use a tune up as well. just a bunch of little things I need to address. But again I bought the car As-is so thats on me. Just be careful buying a used vehicle make sure you give it a good look over and test drive.
Sorry town north everything else was great.

I had an amazing experience with Town North Mazda! After a disappointing visit to Trophy Nissan, their team completely turned my daughter’s first car-buying experience around.
HOA and Will, along with the entire staff, were welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient—walking her through every step and making sure she felt confident. They constantly checked on us and made the process comfortable and stress-free.
We’ll definitely be recommending Town North Mazda to friends and other first-time buyers. Thank you for making this such a positive and memorable experience!

I took my car in because of an A/C issue and was worried the repair bill would be outrageous. Thankfully, the repair was covered under warranty, which was such a relief. I was also able to have a few other needed repairs taken care of at the same time.
Everyone at Town North Mazda was incredibly friendly, and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Jose was especially helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. They even provided me with a loaner car, which was fantastic and made the entire experience so much easier.
My car is almost paid off, and this experience reminded me why I chose Mazda in the first place. I truly appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and outstanding service. I’m a Mazda owner for life!

I took my Mazda Cx7 to Town North Mazda for repairs when it broke down. After evaluating the car they said it would be $10,000 dollars to repair. I told them I still owed $3,000 dollars on it and it would make more sense to trade it in. They worked on a deal that ended up being 2 and a half times what my original car payment was. I reminded them that I couldn’t pay what they suggested for the new car and the sales guy and finance guy said they worked together to put a friends and family discount, trade-in, and a bunch of figuring to make it work for my budget and what I needed, which was one car payment and not two cars. Trading my car was always part of the deal. I drove away from the lot that day with a new car, leaving my old car as a trade in. Two weeks later, I see a payment was deducted for the car that was traded in! I called the dealership and talked to my sales agent and he said he would handle it. He did not. I was told when I tried to talk to him about the sale again that he and the other people in my sales team no longer worked there. I was directed to Matt, the service manager, who took it to auction to sell it. He didn’t get a high enough offer so he said he would take it back the following week. Suddenly they’re telling me the auction isn’t viable so they need to tow my car back to me. Here Matt was supposed to be “taking care of it” to uphold the agreement for the new car purchase, but I’m the one paying the price for this “deal” and being told I have to keep the new car and take back the old car to be saddled with two car payments. That was the crux of the entire purchase deal! I went into the store to talk to the sales manager and told him what happened, how I had asked the sales team to trade my car in for a new one. I needed a running car and the sales team agreed to work the details out to do a trade in. He told me he would take care of it. After he spoke to Alex, the financial manager, they started dishonorably saying nothing was ever put into place about the trade in and there was nothing he could do but he would “look into it again.” I expected the dealership to honor the deal to pay off the amount remaining on my car (a trade-in) for the new car.
This dealership takes advantage of people in tough situations and have no qualms about honoring the time-old tradition to take advantage of women, instead of honoring their word and the understanding of the terms of an agreement. Town North Mazda will promise to do anything to make a sale work, and don’t care if you’re left holding the bag for 2 car payments. When I called corporate they said they couldn’t do anything and I’m still at the mercy of the finance manager or sales manager to honor the deal as negotiated. When I asked Alex what I can do with the car he said “it’s not my car it’s not my responsibility to tell you what to do with it.”
