  Great customer service. Answered all my questions, kept me informed via phone calls with information on my vehicle and the best options for my vehicle. David was very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this location. Thank you.

  I had a really great experience here today! Oscar was super helpful, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the whole visit. He took the time to help me out, answer my questions, and made me feel genuinely taken care of while I was there. It’s always nice coming across people who are both knowledgeable and kind, and Oscar definitely deserves the recognition for that. Thank you again for the great service, also a big shout out to Josh and Jaimira, you guys were amazing. I’ll definitely be back when I need anything in the future! 😊🤗

  Walked in for a state inspection and emissions test on a Sunday, which is convenient since not many shops are open. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, though still getting up to speed in her first week. The whole process took about 40 minutes, which was reasonable. They also offered a complimentary multi-point inspection, which was a nice bonus. The state inspection fee was $18.50.

  I called this tire shop and agreed on a price with the gentleman over the phone. He gave me an appointment for 3:00 PM. I explained that my wife was stranded across the street from their shop with a flat tire, and he said it was fine for her to come over. She carefully drove the vehicle on the flat tire to get there, only to be told by someone else that she would still have to wait until 3:00 PM. The frustrating part was that all of their bays were empty and they did not appear busy at all, despite telling me on the phone that they were “very busy.” Poor communication and misleading information caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

  I stopped by today to get them to check out one of my tires, and give me a quote for the AC. THEY DID A "FREE" MAINTENANCE CHECK AS WELL!! I have been taken advantage of the past 2 times at other car shops and explained that to them prior. I politely told them I didn't want any services done and left. not even 2 hours after leaving the shop, my change oil sensor appears!!! how convenient.... I am not even close to the mileage to have to change my oil according to the percentage. I wish places would actually be honest and not try to take advantage
