I had an extremely frustrating experience at this location. I came in yesterday for an oil change and to have a headlight bulb replaced. When I first arrived, a young lady told me they could replace the bulb for under $20. After some time, I was told that because it was an LED light, it would actually be $30, but they had the bulb in stock. After waiting about 20 minutes, she came back and said they needed to order the bulb and that it would be there in 1–2 minutes. I then waited another 30+ minutes, only to be told that they had ordered the wrong bulb and that it wouldn’t “fit.” At that point, I had already been there for almost two hours and had to leave. She told me I could come back the next day and specifically told me that I would not be charged for the bulb because of the inconvenience. I came back the following day, and she wasn’t there. They replaced the bulb, but then charged me the full amount. I explained everything to the manager, who called her to discuss what happened. According to him, she told him that she never said she wouldn’t charge me. That was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I don’t appreciate being told one thing by an employee, relying on that information, and then being told the next day that it never happened. After wasting nearly two hours of my time, the least I expected was for them to honor what I was promised. This location needs better communication, accountability, and customer service. I will not be returning and would strongly recommend thinking twice before using this location.

It was my first visit at this location. The standard oil change was $12 more here than my other Kwik Kar location. However, everyone was very kind and handled my car well. I also had my emissions test done the same day and passed. All in all, I had a great time here.

Excellent experience at Kwik Kar! I came in for a vehicle inspection literally 5 minutes before closing on a Sunday, and instead of turning me away or making me feel rushed, the staff welcomed me and took care of my inspection. They were friendly, professional, and had a great attitude even though it was the very end of their day. I really appreciate them going the extra mile to help me out. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Very pleased with my experience and definitely deserving of 5 stars. Thank you, Kwik Kar!
