- TMtodd moultonMay 12, 20255.0Intoxalock got their 5 stars back. I had a recent issue described below, but Patricia in customer service made me feel heard and helped make the problem better. All businesses have hiccups they can’t avoid, but Intoxalock knows how to take care of their customers despite any problems!! I had to change my rating back. Intoxalock just had a cyberattack on their system which I know is not their fault, but the way they have handled the situation with how it has affected me over the last week is very disappointing. Their systems were down for a week. The very first day I could go have my system calibrated, I had to make a payment for my account to be up-to-date since they had not been accepting payments or it would not let me calibrate. I made my payment through their app and it came out of my account instantly. After a few minutes, the app timed out and said I had not made a payment. I had to have it calibrated that day, so after reaching out to Customer Service getting no response, I used a different account to make a payment again. The payment came out of that account also. I contacted Intoxalock and after 2 days they told me that they did not show I had made two even though I had sent screenshot receipts from both payments requesting a refund of one of the payments because I needed money for groceries. To this day, I have yet to get a response and they have yet to refund any of the payments. It’s been over a week. I’m sorry this happened to them as a company but this is not the customer service I experienced before.
