  I took my 2012 S550 to German Motor Works after being frustrated by other reputable shops that simply didn’t know what they were doing. The team at German Motor Works was very friendly and professional. But that is to be expected. It’s difficult to describe. But, where they separate themselves from other shops is their passion for the cars they work on. My car wasn’t just another repair job to them. They treated it like it was their own - and priced everything accordingly. I drove off feeling like I left a dealership only without the dealer$hip pricing pain in my rear suspension. Thanks to German Motor Works, Im in love with my car again. And I can even afford to take her out to dinner!

  Took my Wife's A5 Audi to get a Oil Change in and out they were very professional and explained everything that was done.

  I bring my vehicle here all the time my whole family does. Matt, Joe and the whole team are amazing to work with. They always go above and beyond to take care of all my vehicle needs. I always price quote and they always beat whatever price I find anywhere else. Very honest, true, accurate, and affordable for all my family’s vehicles.

  I’ve been looking for a trustworthy, skilled mechanic for my BMW for years. I finally found it here! They repaired my convertible top for exactly the amount agreed-no funny business! They told me the costs for parts and labor-very transparent and they gave me alternative choices. They are honest, service minded and easy to work with. They have a customer for life in me! Adding to this review after my last service! These guys saved me $7000! They are so honest - and could have made a lot of mondy off me, but they fixed my car for $97. There are so many bad shops out there - German Autoworks of Richardson ARE THE GOOD GUYS!
