  Wow Enterprise if this is one of your franchises you need to cut them off immediately. Absolutely worst service. I called made a reservation call got confirmation and even got a call about the wait time for the car of 2 hours which I was fine with. But when we went to pick up vehicle the manager stated they didn't have any cars. They also did not provide any other options or alternatives so we had to walk back. Rude people working there more worried about renting cars where they make money than serving the people of the company. You are getting a one star but don't even deserve that. Save the headache and stay away from this location!!!

  Horrible exercise it took 3 hours to return car and get a ride . Miles away. Also thy are not working over weekend so whe you come on Saturday to return car you will waste your time. But when you come on Monday to return then you need to pay for two more days. Tha you miss flight or another responsibility they don't care. This was my experience

  This franchise and the company in general pretty much suck. I was told both by my insurance company and Enterprise that my rental would be a certain price, only for them to tell me at this location that it was a different price, not covered by insurance. I was told I was going to get a midsized car, but I instead was given a sub-compact car. The worst of all, they claimed there was hail damage to the car (even though it spent almost the entire time in my posession inside a garage), just to juice more money from me or the insurance company.

  Had to assist my Daughter get a rental after an accident. Jamison was great on both the initial rental and return. Well run branch for Enterprise although it’s tricky getting out of. I always try to recognize excellent service and attitude. This was our 2nd experience at this location and both experiences have been great!

  I began writing this review while in their waiting room. I’ve been here close to an hour now, checked in and just waiting on the vehicle so I can go, which is my biggest gripe. Was not notified of a delay or a wait time when I arrived, simply told they’d be right out. Additionally, their system allowed me to book for a different car tier than they had available. When someone finally helped, the car still was not ready to go and was handed to me with 5 gal. of gas.
