  Tori was Amazing! She helped me on July 3rd with a rental and the store was so packed and busy. Long wait but her joyful personality made it a great experience. Thank you Tori!

  It wasn't their fault I'm sure it was just a corporate requirement but they asked me to wait in the lobby for 3 hours and I wasn't allowed to even leave and come back that is unacceptable. World Cup Olympics whatever you don't ask an adult to wait in a basic waiting room for 3 hours.

  The interaction with staff was excellent! The car was clean the ease of renting was impressive and the car was comfortable dependable and equip with features that made the the vehicle more appealing. The level of customer service was top notch!! Mitch, Rasheed and J are signature service providers.

  Worst ever Enterprise location. They are short staffed and it takes a long time to get a car that you reserved. Go up the road to Plano if you want to pick up an Enterprise rental. Waited about an hour there. My wife called and I told her this place was the worst. The guy behind the counter overheard and said I can go somewhere else but of course it was too late on Sunday and I didn’t have a ride. Instead of being apologetic about my experience the Manager was rude.

  Horrible service. Long wait time. They asked for my insurance to repair hail damage that another Enterprise document the damage when checking the vehicle before I ever drove it of the Enterprise lot. I had to go back to the Enterprise I got the rental and they were helpful and didn't understand why the Richardson was not help. Also there were several customers that had been there for a very long time.
