  I interacted with four staff members from this location across my rental period with them. All four of them were very friendly and courteous. There was some wait time during pick up and drop off, but overall, I was very satisfied. I had to get the car exchanged at a different location due to a problem caused by regular wear and tear (something no one can really plan for) and the process of booking the exchange and the exchange itself were very smooth as well.

  I've had good experiences in the past with this location, but on this occassion, the representative simply didn't care. I'd made a reservation, checked in early, showed up - on time - waited patently for her to wander to the counter - and was then told my vehicle didn't exist. "No worries," she says when I tell her to cancel the reservation. Enterprise clearly doesn't need my business. I'll go back to Turo and Sixt from here on.

  Excellent service right before their closing time when we had mechanical problems with our own car while out of town. Fast, efficient & frequent communication in person and through texting. Very pleased!

  Turned us away as 3 young women in a city we didn’t know with no transportation just because it was too close to noon on Sunday. Would not recommend because they’re more worried about getting off of work than helping out young women.

  Very disappointing experience. I’ve been waiting for more than an hour just to get check in. There are only one person working at the front desk, while the line is extremely long. Some customers have been waiting for more than an hour and a half. This is completely unacceptable. The staff and management need to do a much better job organizing the service and making sure customers aren’t left waiting this long. I hope they improve the staffing and customer service
