  NO LOANER VEHICLES!!! Guess I was wrong to assume Clay Cooley would provide reliable service appointments on a new vehicle… Never have I had such issues with Park Place or Sewell ! I didn’t realize I had to buy a premium brand to get simple service provided 🤦🏻‍♂️.! I was provided an appointment with service loaner two weeks ago. A leak in the engine ( 2025 Cross Sport with only 6000 miles) was identified. Obviously warranty coverage for this issue. Appointment is now on hold as they have no loaner vehicles …. This happened previously( last fall) when they kept my vehicle for nearly 4 weeks due to a technology malfunction. Volkswagen needs to do better on quality control. Clay Cooley needs to do better providing vehicles when new ones have failures!

  Use your discernment when buying from Clay Cooley!!! Had a family member purchase a car WITH CASH, fully paid off. A week and a half later for some reason when the car is idling it vibrates (cars aren't supposed to do that. Not very Cooley of you guys.) So like any smart person would do, she takes it in to get looked at. They won't offer her a loaner and refused to reimburse her for having to use a rental car, which of you ask me, not a great look. I will be telling anyone I know that is looking for a new car about this place and why there are better options because after you spend $30k+ on a car the customer service should be worth $30k+.

  Chris.H(GM) & J My Sales Associate were very helpful, Friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. Had gone to 2 dealerships & No one was able to help me like this two great people.I will be recommending all my friends & family to Chris & J @ Clay Cooley Richardson I was able to get what I wanted. I give them a 10+😃😉😃

  I am 70,I went to VW not knowing it,an me@ my granddaughter purchased a 2024 VW,I put down 4,000@ a trade in, I didn't have to do,they gave me 3 year warranty @than added 6,000 more extra warranty that I wasn't aware of,tried to trade car in within the 7 days,they talk me out of it being a 70 year old women,Steve@ Okal they are bad business @ scammer,I would never recommend nobody to go there,they screw us around,took my SUV@ Okal said the auction had it,I drove around to see was it there@ it was,he lied to me,the car was to small for me,standing 5'9,they are bad business,I hate when they mess over a women,please nobody don't go to Clay Cooley in Richardson

  This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a vehicle manufacturer. I purchased my Volkswagen in October 2024, and before I had even made my first payment, I was already bringing it in for serious issues. My vehicle has repeatedly shut off while in Drive and Reverse, creating an obvious safety risk to myself, my child, and everyone around me. For the past year and a half, I have been dealing with Volkswagen and their representatives, yet nothing has been resolved. Instead of fixing the problem, I have been continuously given the runaround, passed from one person to another, and left without answers. To make matters worse, Volkswagen has declined my buyback request and has stated that a vehicle shutting off while in Drive or Reverse is not considered a safety concern. That response is not only unacceptable, it is alarming. I no longer have confidence in Volkswagen's commitment to customer safety. A company that refuses to acknowledge such a dangerous defect and fails to stand behind its products does not deserve its customers' trust. I have spent countless hours dealing with this issue, and despite multiple repair attempts, my vehicle remains unsafe. I will never purchase another Volkswagen, and I will make sure others are aware of my experience. I am actively exploring my legal options and will continue sharing my story with anyone who will listen. No customer should have to fight this hard to have a serious safety concern taken seriously. I purchased my vehicle from Park cities location but this location has been the one that gave me the run around.
