  This place is my go to whenever I need work done on my car. Everyone there is very friendly and they make sure you feel welcome. Lori has consistently provided excellent service and is always very kind and accommodating. I am knew to owning a car and she has helped me navigate properly maintaining my car.

  They are very thorough with checking your vehicle, and go over everything that needs to be addressed. They also don't pressure you into repairs and advise which needs immediate attention and which can be done at a later time. This was my first time here and I will be back for future repairs.

  Lori is proof there are still decent humans in America. I am so grateful for her friendliness, honesty and kindness; cannot fail to mention her expertise. She took the time to explain what my issues were with my brakes and informed me I in fact did not need an oil change. I will be back again and again! Thank you, Lori!

  I’m mostly leaving this review to support Lori, who provided excellent service. She was very knowledgeable and gave the impression of being a truly valued employee. My car was making a strange noise, and I suspected it might be related to the brakes, so I brought it in. I’m not very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles, but I did not feel like I was oversold on unnecessary services. They completed a front brake pad replacement and a coolant flush in about two hours. I went for a walk while they worked, and everything was ready slightly earlier than the original estimate. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff were all friendly and professional. I had called ahead and was told I could come right in, though it also seems appointments are available. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would recommend this shop to friends and family. Regarding the original issue, they weren’t completely certain the noise was brake-related, but the pads were significantly worn and needed replacement regardless. They encouraged me to return if the issue persists. So far, the noise does seem to have resolved. Pricing may lean slightly on the higher side, but they do offer a warranty on the brake pads—future replacements only require paying for labor—which adds some long-term value.
