  I witnessed something yesterday that completely won my business for life. Despite the blistering 100°F heat, an employee at the Richardson/Arapaho AutoZone location was outside installing a battery for a lady. Not only did he handle the installation flawlessly, but he also went above and beyond by checking and topping off her fluids—providing the kind of care you’d expect from a full-service repair center. I later found out that this helpful employee was actually the Store Manager. He maintained a great attitude and smiled through the entire process, even in that brutal weather. Seeing that level of leadership, dedication, and genuine customer care is rare these days. AutoZone has officially earned a customer for life! Highly recommend this location.

  Anthony was very patient and helpful in changing my brake light I appreciate he took his time in repairing the light especially in this heat. Thanks again Anthony!

  Michael S and whoever else was here on 7/9/26 in the evening did not want to honor my receipt and refund my item. I originally came to swap out a defective item bought at another store and they did and provided me a tiny piece of paper that shows show to cashier and keep as proof of purchase. I come back to return the item as I no longer need it and they wont take it or give me any form of refund. I dont want store credit, I paid with my card so I want it refunded to my card. Save yourself the trouble and go to the oreillys across the street. These guys dont know how to do their jobs. Oreilly wouldve had it done immediately.

  I went to Autozone two days ago thinking my 2011 prius was dying. Who knew a toyota prius had different places to charge a battery (not me) Miguel was so helpful and took my 12 volt battery out and checked yo see if it was dead then he suggested he keep it to charge it and see if it worked. I said for sure I can leave it here i can walk home and walk back 3 hours later. Miguel was very patient so I had to crawl into the bed of my car and figure out how to manually open my trunk then he worked to put my battery back in my car and we made sure the car turned on and everything worked well! Im so thankful for Miguel anf his hard work. I thought for sure my 2011 toyota prius with 290000 miles had her final day. Thank you Miguel!!!! I appreciate you.
