  I really want to thank the service department for all they do. They keep you updated on the progress of your machine throughout. The work is impeccable. The management is stellar. I won’t go anywhere else.

  Had an unfortunate incident with our tractor. Went in and discussed our situation with the store manager. Rob was kind and professional and listened to our dilemma. All was resolved in a little over 24 hours and he delivered our tractor back to us. Great service and attention in customer care. We were thrilled with the outcome.

  Dropped a mower off here because I was losing all power coming out of turns and going up hills. Waited my 7-10 days for them to get around to diagnosing it and then waited another 2 weeks to finally get it back after they found the problem. 3 weeks and 380 dollars later when I finally get my mower back the blade belt was still off so I had to slip that back on myself, which is crazy to me. Drive my mower around for about 30 mins mowing and testing it out and it immediately has the same issue. Just wasted time and money.

  Finished my yard shortly after delivery. YouTube videos taught me everythingI needed to know operationally while I waited for your scheduled delivery. Understand, I LOVED my Craftsman G5500 for its ultra tight turning radius! But I’ve never experienced the performance, quality, features (Are you kidding me? Power steering AND hydraulic mowing deck height positioning, etc., etc., etc.). If anyone in any United Ag & Turf location needs a referral for this machine, or your support to close a deal, you have my number Treavor Boaler was my sales rep at the Rhome, TX location.
