  Was recommended by a coworker and everything seemed great. Went to get the tires insured (with discount tire who are always so great and honest) normally after getting a car from a dealership that’s usually an option. Unfortunately after getting to the tire place I was wrong and this is definitely a lesson for me and any and everyone looking to get a car. Be sure to check everything before driving off the lot even if it seems pretty new and well taken care of. After discovering that I will be needing to replace all 4 tires pretty soon that’s when I reached out to our salesman Bobby and told him about the situation and he assured me that he would make everything right. Tires started losing pressure and one went completely flat. Tried to get the tire off unfortunately the lug nuts were already stripped somewhat. Not a big issue it happens went to get different size sockets and nothing. So decided to get an air pump left work early and drove it out of my way to the dealership to get it taken care of. We have had the car for 14 days TODAY! We will be needing to buy 4 new tires and the best they could do was offer to remove the lug nuts. Service manager was nice at first, but when I told him I’d prefer to watch as they work on the vehicle because of all my personal items that I didn’t want to remove he got real sassy with me. I’ll tell you one thing walking in to buy a car and walking in to discuss an issue, you definitely get treated very differently. Be careful who you buy from your signing a contract with people you don’t even know. They will let just about anyone drive off with a vehicle which is great for those who have no credit, bad credit, or whatnot, but what they won’t disclose is the random amount they add to your contact. Which if you don’t have a trade in or downpayment that’s awesome and I don’t got no problem with that everyone needs to make their cut somehow. However I will never let anyone pressure me into rushing into anything ESPECIALLY when I’m sick ever again. Friendly at first and then just really not good people. If you are desperate then sure go, but just understand the moment something isn’t right is when you will see true colors.

  I bought my son a car here. I saw the car online and wanted to grab it as soon as possible for the price. Called and talked with the managing partner- Chris Singleton and he handled everything over the phone, sent me pics and took me on a test drive on FaceTime because I was 6 hours away- when we finalized the deal, he offered delivery of the car from Refugio to the front door of my home in Dallas- thanks to Jeffrey. This was seamless and probably the most extraordinary customer service I’ve received. We’ve had the car a year now & and an employee followed up to check in with us recently which reminded me to put in this review. Thanks yall

  We saw a Facebook post about a special they were running, so my husband called and set up an appointment. We came in on a Saturday, and Sadie helped us out from start to finish. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! We brought our 2-year-old daughter with us, and we were there for about 4 hours. Not only was Sadie incredibly patient, but the entire staff was so patient and welcoming as well! They even offered our daughter crayons and a coloring book to help keep her occupied while we took care of everything. ❤️ There was absolutely no hassle and no pressure, which made the whole experience so much better. My husband got exactly what he was looking for, and we’re very happy with our purchase! We highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a vehicle. You definitely won’t be disappointed! ❤️

  We went and test drove a vehicle when we left the sun was shining and no rain. About half a mile up the road pouring down rain cant see anything and I turn on windshield wipers well guess what there were not any on the vehicle! Was metal to windshield. As if that wasn't enough the floor manager acted as if I was an idiot and didnt know how to turn them on. The sales rep explained no there wasn't any on the vehicle. Luckily I didn't wreck the vehicle. Long story short when I am able to purchase a vehicle i will stay clear of this place now.
