I’ve been bringing my vehicle to Kwik Kar for several years, and I can honestly say that the customer service I received from the new manager, Terrence, today was unlike anything I’ve experienced there before. Terrence took the time to educate me about the specific type of oil my vehicle requires. He pulled out my owner’s manual, showed me the manufacturer’s recommendations, and explained the maintenance my car needs to continue running properly. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to take the extra time to make sure I understood made a lasting impression on me. Ever since I moved to Red Oak Kwik Kar has been the only place I get my oil changed and other services I can’t do myself or should I say find reasonable in pricing. Kwik Kar has always took good care of me and my vehicle. Until otherwise I will not be taking my car anywhere else. Thank you Kwik Kar staff for all that you do, keep up the good work!!!
