  We rented a vehicle from Enterprise Red Oak, Texas for 11 days (June 22–July 3), and our experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. As a wonderful surprise, they upgraded us to a Hyundai Palisade, which made our road trip even more enjoyable. The vehicle was beautiful, comfortable, and performed exceptionally well throughout our trip. We drove several thousand miles without any issues. The only minor challenge I had was with one of the vehicle’s features. My personal vehicle has an Auto Hold button that allows you to take your foot off the brake while stopped in traffic or in a drive-thru, and I couldn’t find that feature in the Palisade. As a result, the vehicle would lurch slightly when starting from a stop, which took some getting used to. That’s more of a vehicle design or familiarity issue than an Enterprise issue. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, the rental process was smooth, and I would absolutely rent from this Enterprise location again.   I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with the handling of my recent rental reservation. I booked a vehicle for a family vacation on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, with a scheduled pickup time of noon on June 26. Just 19 minutes before my pickup, I received a voicemail from Fabian at my local Enterprise store. He informed me that the store had no inventory and was trying to secure a vehicle for me within the hour, promising a callback once one was available. Unfortunately, he never followed up. I tried calling around 2:30 PM, but no one answered, and I never received a return call. As a long-time Enterprise customer, I've always relied on your service, but this experience was by far the worst l've encountered.

  From the reporting to my insurance, to a seamless transition, to have the rental pre-arranged & scheduled, the whole process was amazing & the customer service was awesome!
