  Had a great rental experience and the customer service was great !!! Brandon at the red oak location keep up the great work customer service was a 30/10.

  Picked up a rental this morning. Opened the passenger door to see crumbs and a dried liquid of some sort on multiple seats, dirty floors and just an overall unclean car. The "Manager Trainee" looked and me and said, "Sir, you're all set!" I asked him do i need to clean this car myself? He replied, "We can RE-CLEAN it." HUH? How are you re-cleaning and it dirty now? I left and came back and the only thing he cleaned were the areas I pointed, didn't bother to clean any of the other areas. The car wasn't filled up either. Just a poor experience all around. I wouldn't recommend this location.

  Baylee was simply amazing! She was very professional and answered all of my many questions regarding my 2 week road trip. She followed up with me quickly regarding additional questions. A warning light went off on the same day that I picked up the SUV. Baylee arranged for the vehicle to be serviced and got me back on the road immediately. She also checked with me while I was traveling to ensure that my problem had been resolved. I had a wonderful experience driving the 2026 Volkswagon Atlas Cross Sport. I felt safe on the road and did not experience any additional problems. Thank you, Enterprise, for an incredible experience! Yvette Flippen
