  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love the Enterprise in Red Oak, TX! I use this location all the time, and I always have a great experience. Baylee is AMAZING! She is always so nice, welcoming, professional, and helpful. She makes the rental process easy and always provides excellent customer service. It’s hard to find consistently great service these days, but Baylee and the Red Oak Enterprise team never disappoint. I definitely recommend this location! ❤️

  Highly recommend the Nissan Altima for anyone who looking to take a trip! Red oak service was very helpful and fast and clean and easy

  The quality of car they find acceptable to rent is astonishing. I was provided a car with no gas cover and they find this acceptable to rent. They said they would exchange once they got another rental in but here we are 3 weeks later and still driving this POS! I resorted to borrowing a loaner from my dealership instead. Now I am driving a 2026 Audi with no rental fee. Absolutely unacceptable to expect your customers to pay for a rental that looks like this!

  I was very disappointed with Enterprise this time. My family and I rent vehicles all the time and this time they gave us a a filthy and i mean filthy vehicle. It was a rainy day but the seats were stained and the floor had left over food on it. This was not a good experience with Enterprise.
