  I purchased a new battery at O’reilly’s not even a year ago yet I was having issue with my vehicle starting. O’reilly’s tested my battery and said it’s marking fine it’s probably my alternator. I continued having persistent issues till I went to my local mechanic and he recommended to get testing done at auto zone. That’s where I was assisted by an older gentleman named Juan, an auto zone employee. He performed the free testing and it would not let him proceed due to my battery reading bad. He advised me to go back to O’reilly’s and have them replace my battery under warranty along with a print out of the test results. Juan recommended to come back once the battery was replaced to finish the testing. So I did exactly what he said. Juan ran a second test and my vehicle is in tip top shape! Everything is reading good. Thank you so much to Juan. He was super helpful and I appreciate him abundantly! otherwise I would have spent $500-700 for an unnecessary alternator repair.

  Mr. Lupe went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on with the air conditioning in my car. It was extremely hot outside, yet he remained patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to carefully explain things and made sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle. His willingness to help and his calm, respectful attitude truly stood out. People like Mr. Lupe make a stressful situation much easier. I am very grateful for his help and highly recommend him.
