  Terrible customer service, not enough vacuum stations. I purchased the pro wash ($24) and when the wash was complete there was a line of 6 cars waiting to use the vacuum stations. Some were down for maintenance, but we were not warned by the attendant that there was a backup. So I waited for 10 minutes and only one bay opened up. To make matters worse the design of the drying bays lot is one way so we were stuck. We gave up waiting and there are now water spots all over the car that dried in the sun. I asked to talk to the manager and he would not either offer a refund or a discount/free future wash. I told him he lost my service and he told me to leave the property and never come back. Don’t worry, I won’t.

  This is definitely NOT my type of car wash. I didn’t know it was self dry with towels, and self tire shine. At my usual car wash, when you pay for a wash someone comes to towel dry and shine the tires. Had I known I had to do it myself I wouldn’t have wasted my money. And it was crowded and had to keep circling around to wait for a vacuum. The only plus is that my car is now clean.

  I came through the car wash today and had Amir helping me at the load-in station, and honestly he made the whole experience so smooth. He was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable right away. You can tell he really cares about doing his job right and treating customers well. My car came out great, but what really stood out was his positive attitude and professionalism. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a car wash!

  I pulled out of monthly subscription and stopped going here. Because the brushes directly begin start cleaning without even a prestage of water to remove the upper layer. This is unusual and caused lot of scratches on my car. I showed them to the people who were onsite and I was asked to call zips car wash. And you know what happens after that ! Nothing.
