  Zips car wash is the worst! They lost my membership, even though it was paid every month. I got hit in the car wash because the person behind me did not have their car in neutral. This was negligence on the person putting the cars through.

  Paid 30 dollars for a wash for it to not even have cleaned off most of the spots, it only lasted like 3 minutes aswell. Just get a wash somewhere else

  Went today and couldn't get my pass to work. They helped me out no problem. Then I had a total blonde moment and didn't know how to put my new car in neutral. They were patient and kind even through I held up the line. Every time we've been in the past everything has ran smooth, supplies out and clean, and friendly staff.

  I got single car- wash and the price should be $12. The worker charged me $22.50 without any mention. Also, refused to provide the receipt. I had to contact to company several times to get $10.50. People need to aware of that.

  I am extremely disappointed with how my damage claim was handled by this car wash. On July 2, 2026, my Jeep was damaged while going through the wash. The on-duty manager completed a claim report and took photos of the damage. Unfortunately, my email address was entered incorrectly on the claim, requiring me to return to the location to follow up. During that visit, I was shown documentation indicating that my claim had been accepted and approved, and I was instructed to obtain two repair estimates. I promptly obtained the requested estimates and submitted them to Kyle West as directed. After receiving no response, I followed up to confirm receipt and ask about next steps. I was then informed that the claim would no longer be approved because the damaged light bar was considered an aftermarket accessory rather than factory-installed equipment. This explanation was concerning because there were no visible signs at the entrance, payment area, or car wash entrance indicating that the company is not responsible for damage to aftermarket accessories or that customers enter at their own risk. Additionally, neither of the two employees assisting me at the time informed me of any such policy before I entered the wash. After receiving the denial, I returned to the location and documented the signage with photos and video. I then respectfully requested that the company reconsider its decision and honor the claim that had previously been approved. To date, I have not received a response or acknowledgment of my follow-up communication. I normally do not post negative reviews, but after multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly and professionally, I feel it is important to share my experience so that other customers can make informed decisions. My concern is not only the damage itself, but also the lack of communication and the reversal of an initially approved claim after I completed the steps the company requested. I hope the company will reconsider and work toward a fair resolution.
