- JJJennifer6 days ago1.0The Prosper Zips Car Wash location seriously needs improvement! Multiple vacuums are broken, there are no towels available, and the overall layout is TERRIBLE. There isn’t enough room for customers to properly dry their vehicles, so people end up parking in areas that block the entrance, creating unnecessary congestion. Honestly, it feels like they cut corners and went with the cheapest possible setup without considering how customers would actually use the facility. The Frisco location is AWESOME and runs so much more efficiently, so I know Zips can do better. Prosper seriously needs to get it together! Customers are paying for a service, and the equipment, supplies, and layout should reflect that.
- CHCrash HSep 13, 20265.0It washes my car allright
- MAMohammad Stanikzay (Asif)Sep 13, 20265.0Great place to wash your car! The wash does a great job, and I really like that they pressure-spray almost all side of the car before it goes through the wash. It helps loosen and remove all the dirt and grime first, so the car comes out much cleaner. Definitely recommend this place!
- TBTerri BustillosSep 1, 20261.0Zips car wash is the worst! They lost my membership, even though it was paid every month. I got hit in the car wash because the person behind me did not have their car in neutral. This was negligence on the person putting the cars through.
