- CBChristina Bachleda2 days ago1.0The car wash didn’t get any of the bugs or bird poop off my SUV. It only gets the dirt off, maybe. I had to use their spray and a rag on my whole SUV to clean it.

- DMDefensor MlayJun 23, 20261.0I used to be a member since last year but they did me wrong, I went to wash my vehicle there's a new black guy did me wrong they damage my vehicle and I spoke to one of the team member he file a claim and took the picture of the damage then he told me insurance going to respond after three days now is third week no phone call from them I couldn't drive my car for almost three weeks because my trunk was broken. All in all i decide to fix my vehicle I bought another trunk cost me $700, I don't recommend this car wash anymore they don't care if your vehicle get damage, i call zip car wash and told them to cancel my membership and I'll never use this car wash again.

I purchased the pro wash ($24) and when the wash was complete there was a line of 6 cars waiting to use the vacuum stations. Some were down for maintenance, but we were not warned by the attendant that there was a backup. So I waited for 10 minutes and only one bay opened up. To make matters worse the design of the drying bays lot is one way so we were stuck. We gave up waiting and there are now water spots all over the car that dried in the sun. I asked to talk to the manager and he would not either offer a refund or a discount/free future wash. I told him he lost my service and he told me to leave the property and never come back. Don’t worry, I won’t.
