  I went here for an oil change, and got charged 183.90 ?? And they break my oil sensor and spilled the oil everywhere in my engine bay and all the front under protection clips are missing they never put it back ,and now I am facing over $1000 for the repair of my car ,and they told me nothing about them? Excuse me ????? I had the car for so long and never had that problem,please avoid them if you can Updates: they have there customer service and a person said management of the local store ,and instead of not offer any solutions,they were arguing with me that they were not wrong and they only thing can pay me was the underlying protection parts which was just couple clips and 1 screw,I refused all this and they push me so hard ask me where is my car which dealership?why I need tell you about it and is this really your problem?this was the worst customer service ever, again avoid them at all cost!!!

  Don’t go to Valvoline. They are sneaky and when they mess up they deny claims and don’t own up to their mistakes. How can the incompetent team put antifreeze into the oil fill reservoir? And then act like there wouldn’t be a problem…..ENGINE damaged and needs to be replaced. No accountability on them and very untrustworthy company.

  This is the most incompetent collection of workers I’ve ever experienced. We were charged twice for an inspection. When I went to the store to ask for a refund, I had to wait for an hour just to be handed a card with a phone number to call. At about 40 minutes of waiting, I asked what the wait was for and I was told “sir we have a line of cars that have been waiting for 30 minutes”. Oh ok. Well I waited for an hour to be told something that could have been handled within the first minute of being there. I know “car service” stores usually have poor customer reviews, but this is place is at the bottom of the barrel. AVOID AT ALL COST.

  The person that was helping me was named Mic. I asked for an oil change for my Bronco. I had to ask him to show me the color of the current oil before the change. He quoted me a price with no explanation of whether or not he was quoting for a synthetic oil. In other words, no explanation was given or opinions. I went with the synthetic, but I like to know what I’m buying. After the change I ask him to reset the oil sensor so it wasn’t showing I needed an oil change and to close my hood so the indicator lights were off. He punched some settings and told me it was done. I pulled out and the hood sensor came on. Turned around and had them shut the hood. I’m 76 years old and the hood is a little hard for me to handle. Got on the highway and about 25 miles down the road the oil sensor light came on. Had to return and a different gentleman at your place was able to reset it. It shouldn’t take 3 separate trips to get my oil changed

  Very disappointed by the service and treatment provided. I arrived at 7:40am on Saturday and waited 45 minutes before having someone communicate with me and when I asked what time I could expect to receive service, Tyler gave me a nasty look and then proceeded to speak with his manager in front of me and with my window down, heard him call me a douchebag customer amongst other comments. It then took 45 minutes once in bay to have service done which was a simple oil change, no inspection. Never had a problem with Valvoline until this experience and caution those reading, to avoid this location due to lack of customer care, proper service, and timeliness.
