  I’ve been in the car business for 25 years so I know how the game usually goes. I’d needed to sell my recently passed father’s truck. After multiple offers and inquiries only one person stuck with their original offer and even drove an hour into the country to pick it up, Lori Potter. She’s very knowledgeable and straightforward on every aspect of the deal and questions that I had. Next time you’re looking for the best Vehicle Acquisitions Manager in the metroplex give her a shout.

  First time at this dealer. Came in for maintenance on my 2010 Dodge Ram Laramie 3500 crew cab dually pickup. The service rep Samantha was courteous and responsive. The problem was the 60,000 mile check up. They recommended 8 things, one of which was a fuel filter replacement, they didn't have the correct one. There was no offer of ordering or getting it. The replacement was not done. The air filter was also not replaced, they didn't have the part. They also rotated the tires. The passenger front tire is wiggling a LOT. They didn't ask about balancing. The dealership said it was ready. When we arrived to pick up the truck and no one mentioned the missing procedures. Needless to say, Im now scrambling to find someone else to finish it. I just hope they did the oil change and replaced the oil filter as requested. We won't be back We did reach out and make many calls, Samantha was kind enough to note our concerns. We were not told procedures could NOT be done. First time shame on you, coming back for more would be shame on me.

  Kudos to Carlos and Jaxson they was very helpful and explained everything as we was moving along with purchasing a new vehicle for our family. Them guys are awesome already started passing the word along to friends and family that if they are going to buy an new vehicle I recommend coming to these guys first hand

  Love my pre-owned Ram, but just found out I got scammed into buying an expensive warranty that is worthless. They stated warranty they stated covered my for 84 mos and 75,000 miles from the time I bought it (which would make sense). I confirmed when purchasing that it meant for 75k miles from the mileage I bought it with. NOPE. THEY LIED. I now need the warranty and am told it expired when the truck reached 75k miles. I bought it at 56k miles. Why the heck would I pay several thousand dollars for a warranty to cover me LESS THAN 20K MILES. And of course, when I contact this dealer, who SOLD ME THE WARRANTY, they said the salesperson is no longer there, TAKING NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR EMPLOYEE OR THAT I WAS SCAMMED BY THEIR COMPANY. There are so many dealers out there, so buyer beware.

  I had a great experience working with Moussa! I came into the dealership honestly not knowing exactly what car I wanted, and he was incredibly patient with me. He took the time to let me test drive a few different options, and we casually looked at some other cars without making me feel pressured or rushed. By the end of the day, Moussa helped me find the car I wanted and I was able to drive off the lot in it the same day! I really appreciate how easy and comfortable he made the whole process. If you’re looking for a car, I would definitely recommend asking for Moussa when you call or come into the dealership. He was great to work with!
