  Shotterkick CDJR Prosper recently performed significant service work (transmission, 4x4, and front brakes) on my 2020 Ram 1500 that I am very pleased with. My service adviser, Lacey S., scheduled it and insured all parts were available and accommodated the add-on of installing my front brake shoes. They also provided a ride to my home so I did not have to wait at the dealer. Ken C

  Better service communications, repair quality assurance, Staff friendliness and vehicle turnaround times is why I have chosen Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM for my regular service for my Ram truck, even though I have two dealerships closer, one within a 1/2 mile, I have found, I can trust the service department of Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM to be responsive and provide QA or Quality assurance of their repairs before returning my vehicle to me, it has been very satisfying to have repairs or service completed properly and issue free when returned, Overall, I find the entire Dealership”s staff from sales to service and parts are more personable and friendly to me the customer. There can definitely be a difference between Dealership experience and mine has been very positive with Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Prosper, Texas. Big City facility with small town personal care. Best of all service doesn’t keep my truck for days on end for simple repairs, my calls are promptly returned, and staff seem they actually enjoy their work and warmly welcomes you.

  I cannot say enough good things about the service department at Prosper CDJR Shottenkirk! I brought my vehicle to them after another shop completely botched a job and left my car in an unsafe condition. The team here, and Tyler in particular, took the stress completely off my shoulders. Their communication is phenomenal. Tyler kept me updated every single step of the way, and not once did I have to chase down an advisor or force a response to find out what was going on with my car. I couldn't be happier with how swiftly and professionally they corrected the damage caused by the other shop. It is hard to find an honest, reliable service center you can trust, but Tyler and the rest of the team truly went above and beyond. I will have absolutely no problem referring this dealership to my friends and family in the future, knowing with absolute certainty that they will be in great hands. Highly recommend!

  Dillon and Lindsey deserve raises, medals, and probably witness protection after surviving a full day negotiating with my wonderfully neurotic, “pain-in-the-patella” wife behind my back about a Jeep I didn’t even know we were buying. I walked into the dealership thinking we were “just looking,” and somehow these two absolute professionals managed to turn that into us driving home in a Jeep while my wife was already naming it, planning road trips, and explaining why the cupholders “felt emotionally supportive.” The patience Dillon and Lindsey showed should honestly be studied by scientists. At one point I’m pretty sure they became part sales team, part marriage counselors, part hostage negotiators. They answered every question and my wife had ALL of them. We’re talking questions NASA engineers probably don’t ask before launching rockets. Meanwhile, I was standing there like a confused NPC in my own life. Every time I thought the deal was done, my wife would appear from around a corner with another question and Dillon and Lindsey would handle it with the calmness of people diffusing a bomb in an action movie. By the end of the day, we got an amazing Jeep, my wife was thrilled, and somehow Dillon and Lindsey still had enough emotional energy left to smile. Frankly, I don’t know how they do it. If you can survive selling a car to my wife, you can survive literally anything. 10/10 experience. Would absolutely recommend. And if either of them ever decides to leave the car business, the FBI should recruit them immediately.

  Do not buy from this place. I looked at trading in my wife’s Tahoe awhile back, everything was good over the phone until we got there. Terrible service, they looked at her car offered us next to nothing for it and took things out of the car while they were looking at it. I drove all the way home until I realized things were missing and they were very rude when I called asking for my things back. I had to drive an hour back there to get my stuff that they took from my car with not even an apology. DO NOT BUY HERE! Go to Glenn Polk they’re amazing!
