  Prosper Tx $165 for oil change 2015 Chevy Silverado. I know it takes 8 quarts They accepted my senior discount (-$25) I got from their website. Appreciate that. The confusing part was the extra oil charges. For a 2015 Silverado 5.3L, the truck takes about 8 quarts with a filter change. So if the invoice showed a standard oil-change charge plus additional charges for extra quarts, that can look like I’m being charged twice. My key question is whether Kwik Kar’s advertised oil-change price includes a certain number of quarts (often 5) and then charges separately for the additional 3 quarts my Silverado requires. If that’s what they did, the extra-oil line on invoice itself isn’t necessarily wrong—but the per-quart price is what I compare to a reasonable market price I believe skilled labor isn’t cheap and cheap labor isn’t skilled. My opinion is $165 if not a competitive rate and invoice is confusing, I may be totally wrong. I believe relative new operation and best of success in the future but will look at competition in area next time due to cost.

  Gave my car (Lincoln MKZ hybrid 2017) to check the engine light around 11 AM, they said they don’t have the person to fix it but can have a check and call me once the technician checks it. They close at 7.00 PM and I had to call at 6.50 PM to see what’s happening. I live in McKinney and my immediate relatives live in prosper and thought of having a check from there. I called and told I am running late (by 8 minutes) and they can leave my car and I would pick it up. They said I need to pay over the phone which is totally fine, first they said $85 and then the guy said let me check and then told me $95 and charged my card over the phones. I went to pick up the car and checked inside the passenger side and what I saw like this ( attached in the picture) and the car turned off with headlights on. I had a puncture as well, atleast they could have put some air on it. Never returning back !!! Got my passenger side torn up and the head lights to turn on and leave.

  Went for an emissions inspection and staff was respectful and efficient! Said the wait will be 45 minute but they were done before I knew it. Great team! 11/10 recommend!

  This morning I brought both of my vehicles in today for an emissions check. I just moved to the area so it was great seeing this location right outside Artesia community. The front desk was so delightful- he explained how long the wait. I was in and out within the hour for both cars. Waiting area was clean as well. They have definitely earned our future business.

  The crew at Kwik Kar is AWESOME! Charlie went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure that I understood what was happening with my battery. Kendrick was very nice and very knowledgeable when I asked about my A/C issues. I really appreciate them and all of their hard work.
