  Patrick was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient during my car inspection. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work and taking care of his customers. I highly recommend Patrick to anyone needing a reliable and honest inspection service.   State inspection here took less than 15 minutes from start to finish. The process was quick, smooth, and stress free, and I was able to get back to my day right away. If your time is valuable, I would definitely recommend this location. I had a much longer and frustrating wait experience at Brake Plus earlier that day, where I waited several hours without the inspection starting.

  I came in just a few minutes before closing, and Mr. Quincy still took the time to help me out by filling the air in my tires. He was friendly, professional, and didn’t rush me even though they were about to close. Really appreciate the great customer service and willingness to help. Thank you again, Mr. Quincy!

  I have to say the team and service overall 5stars. I actually came in last Friday bc I drove over something in the road which caused the skid plate to come off and drag. LeKendrick (sorry if I spelled it incorrect) and Charlie came to the rescue. I came in today for an oil change and the professionalism from everyone was A grade. Ive been here a few times before and this time I was definitely impressed. They didn’t push anything to try to sale me and due to being a lady sometimes we are taken advantage of and charged an arm/leg but today plain and simple, no hassle. In/out within 30mins. I will for sure be back. Thank you guys!

  It’s Sunday Apr 26, 2026. I came in yesterday afternoon and made a appt for today at 10am. I get there at 10 this morning. They are closed, there’s 3 other gentlemen also waiting outside. 10 turns to 10:30 and still no one is there. Long story short, the other group of guys left at 10:30. I sat there till 11 since I had a appt and they never opened up. Wasted my time and I made a appt for nothing. Ended up going to Walmart and my oil change and tire rotation is getting done. Think I’m going to stop using this location for service. It’s not my first incident with this location. I have gotten good service from here before. Just unfortunate it’s hit or miss.
