  My car was very hard of turning and I wasn’t sure what it was. Bruce helped me out by getting me set up as I thought it was an alignment issue but it was something worse than that! He got me all fixed up and out the door before the morning even ended! Thanks Bruce!

  I had such a good experience at Brakes Plus! Erick and his team were super helpful from the moment I got there. They checked my brakes, explained what needed to be done, and replaced my brake pads. Everything was quick, the price was fair, and I never felt pressured into doing anything I didn’t need. Really appreciate Erick and the team for taking care of my car and making the whole process easy. Definitely recommend them!

  Let's just say not every Brakes Plus is the same. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Prosper. You won't be disappointed. I went in with what I thought was going to be a quick in and out. unfortunately they found I had more issues to deal with, but they went above and beyond to handle the situation. And still got it done faster than expected while still not hurting my bank account. The communication and customer service was awesome, price was more than fair...and you should ask for Bruce. He makes the experience worth going back for other business (Bruce Bruce!!).

  We have been coming to this location for our oil changes for a couple years now and always receive great service. This experience was no different with the exception that I needed a few more maintenance repairs done that were not planned. Bruce was so knowledgeable, kind, and understanding explaining exactly what was damaged, why the repairs were important and broke it down for me in order of importance. Going above and beyond for us and providing us with the best financial support we were able to get everything serviced in one afternoon! We look forward to continuing to come to this location and having our vehicles serviced here by Bruce and the rest of this amazing team!

  Brakes Plus Prosper took a messed up situation and made it a great customer experience. I checked their website and an oil change ad offered a super low price. I immediately clicked to schedule an appointment. That’s when I saw a much higher price. I could tell right away, the first price was listed in error. I messaged their social media team and only got a static response. Then, I drove over for my appointment. The person who checked me in said, I’ll take care of you and honored the mistaken price. He didn’t have to and it shows the character of the company and especially this location. Give me someone who can look you in the eye and admit, even when a mistake was made, the customer still comes first!
