  The guy with glasses told me to wait and I waited 45 minutes while he helped and asssited two other people who came after me first . Bad service!

  I came on at 6:57...a few minutes before closing and the guys were super gracious and still got my oil changed quickly.

  Unfortunately trusted them to do some suspension work due to the convenience of the location to my home and that will NEVER happen again. Guess that’s why they closed down the mechanic shop next to the oil change shop. Never again Valvoline, not even to change a lug-nut.

  These guys have no integrity, pulled up 30 minutes before closing severely in need of an oil change. Was unable to get there earlier due to local traffic and commute but knew I would make it before closing. Upon arrival, (3) different employees acknowledged my presence but said nothing. They all just looked at each other and never greeted me as i had become accustomed to over the years I’ve been a loyal customer. Finally after 3-5 awkward minutes, an employee emerges from the lower level of facility and comes and tells me he has no 0W-20. Says he has no European oil at all, and if I wanted an oil change I’d have to go get my own oil. It was obvious the team had grown tired and were calling it quits 30 minutes before closing. I have never been told to go buy oil from another establishment while trying to pay for an oil change at a big brand company. Everyone on duty on the evening of 5-18-2026 should be evaluated. I have taken my BMW and business to Take-5 where the team had excellent customer service. And told me if they didn’t happen to have the filter for my car, someone would make a trip to local auto parts store to pick one up. It was an extremely rude thing to lie about amount of inventory at the end of a business day all to avoid a 10- minute oil change and lose what I assumed was valued business. I will never return to valvoline for any services ever again.

  I wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve had 2 separate negative experiences here. The first time the technician drained my transmission instead of my oil. And since they fixed it for free and gave a card for another free oil change (which new management did not honor), I decided to give them another chance. This past time, they completely mangled the drain plug and it was unable to be removed at several different places, so I now have to get the entire oil pan replaced, which they denied assistance to help pay for the damage they caused, they were belittling and demeaning when I tried to get them to help. Do not go there, or honestly any Valvoline
