  I bought a battery from here last year and paid the core charge. When I came back this time, my battery was dead again so I replaced it and tried to return my core like normal. The guy at the counter (bigger guy) started giving me confusing explanations and said he would only process one core and not the other. It didn’t make sense at all because I paid for it. Instead of helping, he kept talking in circles and acting like I didn’t understand. This should have been a simple return, but it turned into a frustrating experience. I felt like I was being taken advantage of instead of being treated like a normal customer. Very disappointing service. Management needs to look into this and train staff properly so customers don’t have to deal with this kind of behavior.

  Michael was absolutely amazing! My battery had a faulty terminal connection (I believe is what it's called) needed a new one, bought one and Michael went out of his way to change it for me. Outstanding Customer Service!
