  Horrible service, incompetent technicians.... Took my 2023 truck in for an alignment. They absolutely destroyed my inner tie rod and jam nut on one side and refuse to take accountability for it. They claim it "came in damaged", yet nobody bothered to talk to me about it or show me and I know what condition my truck is in. The parts were not damaged upon arrival. So now it will cost me approximately $500 to have another shop fix my truck the right way. If you want a shop that provides bad service and will tear up your vehicle with a smile, look no further than this place! Update to my previous review- I called the corporate office 8/31/26 in the morning and explained the situation, 3 hours later got a call from the Porter store stating 1 part was in, the other was on the way. They ended up replacing both complete tie rod assemblies (only 1 was damaged), realigning the truck and all seems to be good so far. Thank you John for your help with this matter although I wish I did not have to take it to the level I did. Thank you Mavis Tire for doing what was right.

  Absolutely incredible service, above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced up to this point. I called in about an alignment service, and had my car up within an hour. My service advisors worked with me every step along the way. I 100% recommended Mavis tires in that regard. Customer service is unmatched in nearly every category imaginable.

  Excellent service at Mavis Tires & Brakes! The whole experience was smooth, fast, and professional. A special thanks to Jay for being extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made sure everything was taken care of and explained everything clearly. Great customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend this location!

  Outstanding Customer Service at Mavis! I recently had a tire issue and stopped by Mavis on Farris Green Road in Porter, TX. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine kindness and professionalism. Jay, the supervisor/manager, was especially impressive. She was patient, courteous, and knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through the problem and explain the best solution. She made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and reassuring. We are very grateful to Jay and the entire team for taking such good care of us and making sure we were safe before getting back on the road. Excellent service, wonderful people, and a great customer experience. I highly recommend Mavis!

  Jay the store manager at Mavis was awesome. While I and my family were driving on a Houston hwy going to church, a crazy stuff pierced our 2months old Pirelli tire, which we got in NJ. First we had to cancel our trip that moment, then stopped by a Firestone shop. Firestone couldn’t help us, then we bought a liquid patch and able to go back home through back roads. The following day we called Mavis, Jay came on the phone and was able to pacify our fear. She asked us to come to the shop, she resolved our problem and in a few minutes we were back on the road again. Jay is an awesome and a professional worker. Thank you Mavis.
