  I entered the store without being greeted. Neal was at the register, looked directly at me, and didn’t say a word. Meanwhile, Ms. Linda was in the back working and immediately stopped what she was doing to greet me and assist me. Instead of stepping in to help, Neal seemed more concerned with what Ms. Linda was doing and saying in the back. Preston, however, was AMAZING! He came without hesitation once he was done to helping the customer . He helped Ms. Linda and me remove the headlight and replace it with another one. Both Ms. Linda and Preston provided TOP-TIER customer service! Honestly, I initially thought Preston was the manager because of how knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful he was but I later found out that Neal was actually one of the manager’s. Based on my experience, I truly feel like Preston and Ms. Linda should be running this store together. Their customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help customers are exactly what you want when you walk into a business. Overall, Ms. Linda and Preston completely turned my experience around and made it a wonderful one. Preston was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. Ms. Linda was SO sweet, knowledgeable, and understanding. She even apologized to me on Neal’s behalf, which I genuinely appreciated. Neal really needs to work on his customer service and the energy he brings to the store. As a manager, the first impression starts with you. Unfortunately, his attitude did not reflect the level of customer service I received from Ms. Linda and Preston. A HUGE shoutout to Ms. Linda and Preston! They absolutely deserve recognition for the way they treat their customers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Came in for a new battery William was very professional very helpful. Answered all my questions installed my battery. Overall, with William, I had a great experience.

  Went By To have a maintenance light checked that came on. Very Friendly guy at the counter. He's Super Nice, bigger guy. He checked my car with a machine...everything showed up good. He suggested I probably needed an oil change so I went by the Valvoline & had the car checked & reset. It was great !!! Very Fast, Friendly & Helpful Service. Going in Dealing with car issues can be intimidating when you're a women. Also Feeling Vulnerable and possibly being ripped off, and lied to about mechanical issues I have personally experienced. I know more about Cars than most women, as I was in Motorcycle Sales, but it can still be an uncomfortable feeling. Good Job...I'll be back in to do a few other things I need for my car.

  The Customer Service at this location is 5 stars! Preston & manager John helped me replace my battery and treated me with the utmost respect. I pass a dozen Auto Zones to get to this one because they don't take advantage of their customers. Thank you Team!!

  Today, I had an experience with an AutoZone employee that I feel deserves to be recognized and shared. I was having an absolutely terrible day, and honestly, the last thing I needed was another frustrating experience. However, from the moment I interacted with Preston L., he was nothing but calm, patient, respectful, and incredibly kind. He never made me feel rushed or like I was a burden, and he took the time to genuinely listen to me and understand what I needed. Preston carefully explained that I needed multiple items and walked me through everything so I could understand exactly what I was purchasing and why. He was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. What stood out to me the most, though, wasn't just his knowledge—it was the way he treated me as a person. He went above and beyond what I expected from a normal customer-service interaction. His patience and kindness made a difficult day just a little bit easier, and that meant more to me than he probably realizes. Unfortunately, we live in a time when genuine empathy, patience, kindness, and exceptional customer service can sometimes feel rare. That's why I believe it's so important to recognize people when they go out of their way to make a difference. Preston didn't just help me with what I came into the store for—he showed compassion and treated me with dignity and respect when I was already having a difficult day. AutoZone, I sincerely hope this message reaches the right people. You have an exceptional employee in Preston L., and I truly hope he is recognized for his hard work and dedication. I would love to see him receive the promotion, recognition, and raise that he deserves. Employees like Preston are the kind of people who make customers want to come back and who represent a company in the best possible way. Preston, thank you for being so patient, kind, and understanding today. You may have simply been doing your job, but the way you did it made a real difference to me. Never underestimate how much a little patience and kindness can mean to someone who is having a difficult day. Thank you for reminding me that there are still good people out there who genuinely care about helping others. AutoZone is very fortunate to have you! ❤️
