Very lucky to have such a nice professional rental car place available in Port Lavca. Elizabeth and Dawn were awesome.

My wife Just came from Enterprise and the lady was rude, first and foremost, secondly she refused to give my fiancé' her car because her bank account (my bank account that she is on) doesn't match her drivers license, is that correct? I'd really like the public to be made aware and where is that written in the policies for obtaining a vehicle from enterprise? Please Point that out, because this comment is just the beginning of my mission to find out, O and they do not Answer calls at this Enterprise, As i have been calling for the last hour, escalation in process.... Thank you (Rude Lady). - Update This is a requirement however you can bring (2) verified Paid bills and this would resolve the issue and is considered acceptable.... This Very Rude Lady, did not explain this at all, just a S7tty cocked grin, and sent my wife packing out the door... IKYKWYA - I'm still going to escalate this through Enterprise Corporate, and BBB. :) Thank you for responding Marissa, we will reach out ASAP... Thank you

Called and made reservations ahead of time. Was told a total of almost $600. Traveled to the business from another city and was told vehicles were not available and what they did have was going to be almost $900... Plus $300. Unorganized, Not Business oriented, the place was not clean. One person working who had no clue what was going on. In her words... The People on the phone have no clue about what inventory we have. #She may be right, the representative before her booked us a rental that was only for private flights. Had I not insisted on receiving my confirmation while she was still on the phone, it would've been a nightmare of an experience. I'm leaving Enterprise alone for a very long while. Maybe they'll get their stuff straight. Update: I was contacted by a management team, and Nothing was done to fix the issues.
