  The car wash just broke off the GPS shark fin module off the roof of my 2023 Chevrolet Silverado Z71 RST. I filled out paperwork and filed a claim. Hopefully they are a reputable company and pay for the damages. We will see. *** UPDATE*** As expected, my claim was denied and they will not pay for the damages to my vehicle.

  Overall, I’m satisfied with this car wash and think the monthly subscription is reasonably priced for everything you get. The automatic drive-through wash itself does about as good a job as you can reasonably expect from this type of car wash, and having access to the self-service detailing station afterward is definitely a nice benefit. That said, there are a few things keeping it from being a 5-star experience for me. The cleaning products at the detailing station do work, but they seem pretty heavily diluted and aren’t as effective as I’d like. The provided rags also tend to smell pretty bad, so I’d recommend bringing your own microfiber towels if you plan to do any detailing. On my most recent visit, the vacuum was unusually weak as well, although that hasn’t normally been an issue, so I’m assuming it was just a one-time problem with that particular vacuum. For the price of the monthly membership and the convenience it provides, I still think it’s a good value and will continue using it. There’s just a little room for improvement before I’d consider it a full 5-star experience.

  Scammers. I signed up for a membership but the associate signed me up for 2 subscriptions instead of one went I tried to dispute the transaction they refused to refund my money even though this was their fault. Do not sign up for a membership through them! I had to go through my bank to dispute the charges because they refuse to take accountability and do the right thing.
