  Scammers. I signed up for a membership but the associate signed me up for 2 subscriptions instead of one went I tried to dispute the transaction they refused to refund my money even though this was their fault. Do not sign up for a membership through them! I had to go through my bank to dispute the charges because they refuse to take accountability and do the right thing.

  Justin, the District Manager, personally reached out to me regarding an issue I had with my service, and I really appreciated the way he handled it. He completely apologized for the oversight, took accountability, and made sure I felt heard. While the issue was a small accident, his willingness to address it and make sure it doesn’t happen again really stood out to me. They have always provided great, fast customer service, and I appreciate Justin taking the time to personally follow up and make things right. Great customer service!

  Good car wash, they offer tire shine if it didnt get it good in the wash.

  I signed up for their discount subscription. $19.99 but then it jumped to $27 once their promotion ended a month later. Then I had to move to another city where they didn’t have a car wash. So, I tried to cancel my subscription. Lo and behold, their online system doesn’t work at all. One link sends you to a “not found” page. You fill out their form and a week later, nothing. Calling doesn’t help, the kids who work there are understaffed and don’t answer. I threw away sticker like an idiot because I thought their form online would work. So, I’m going to probably drive 70 miles and yell at a kid who gets yelled at all the time. Don’t get a monthly subscription.

  Service is alright but I tried 3 different vacuums and all 3 did not have any suction I got tired of moving mu truck just to find one you would think for the money you spend on one of the package deals they would keep this place up but they dont they just take customers fir granted this is my last rodeo with this place never again
