When it was my turn, he asked, in a rather rude tone, “Didn’t we tell you to go to the dealership?” — referring to a previous visit where I was told I needed a new gas cap, which I had since ordered. He then told me the oil change would be $109. When I politely asked if I should pay now, he snapped, “No, I’ve got a lot of shhhht,” clearly annoyed. I understand everyone has bad days, but taking it out on customers is not acceptable — it’s not my fault he was alone or overwhelmed. Unfortunately, this kind of customer service has guaranteed I won’t be returning.
