She went Above & Beyond for me, from explaining how the process works, to calling & getting a claim rep, listing to my concerns, making notes in the system to make sure I had the Perfect Certified Technician. Melanie Exceeded my expectations! I called late on Wednesday 4/22, she said the glass will be in tomorrow,4/23, let’s set you up on Friday,4/24, so you don’t have to sit and wait. They came out to Grayson County, were able to install OEM BMW glass on my X5 and I can drive my auto today! Brandon A. Is who You Must Request to replace all your glass needs!
