- TSTodd SApr 30, 20265.0I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab that has 200,000 miles on the drivers seat. I tried The Seat Shop after getting burned on a couple of lessor online sellers. The seat covers matched perfectly with the OEM color and style and the seat cushion fit perfectly. The whole installation took about an hour and half thanks to the clear videos.

The website said it would ship within 3 days and it never shipped. I check the website on the 12th it said it was still instock the rep told me it was out of stock on the 12th. I call on the 15th to cancel the order and the rep hung up on me. He canceled my order but the company seems to have poor customer service. They should have emailed saying the item was out of stock and would be delayed.
