  First of all my wife and I are Sewell customers for several decades. We were treated tremendously when we recently purchased our 2025 Grenider and couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase. We did have 1 major hiccup during the decision to either purchase a 2025 Grenider or 2026. We elected to go with the 2025 because the vehicle only had 1800 miles on it and it was $10,000 cheaper but had extreamly high interest rate and the 2026 was approximately the same. It was a Saturday when we purchased our vehicle and when Monday morning rolled around I noticed a new INEOS add stating 1.99 % APR on 2026 Greniders. If we knew about this interest rate there is no doubt that we would have waited till Monday and purchased 2026 Grenider. We question everyone at the dealership and they avoided us. It for this reason I lowered their rating due to them avoiding telling us a new lower interest rate was taking place in 2 days. I was disappointed with them and thought better of the Sewell Company for allowing this to take place. Respectfully Steve Solaja

  My experience as a dealership customer is limited, but I did work a custom Jeep dealership long ago, & I have to say that the hospitality that Sewell INEOS offers is just outstanding. I absolutely love my new car! Nathan Le helped us throughout the process & not only is he charming, funny, & warm, but he's super knowledgeable & has fantastic attention to detail. We were greeted warmly when we came in by the front desk & Nathan jumped out to come assist with our questions. He made everything easy & smooth for a first time car buyer so I hope he sticks around so I can visit with him when I bring my Grenadier back for service! My car was a birthday gift & they decked it out with the classic giant bow, balloons, a card with so many well-wishes, & even a cupcake. I have never felt so special! I am only a few days in with the Grenadier but I'm head over heels. I know I can come to Nathan with any questions I have, but he was so thorough with his explanations that I know I am starting off on the right foot. Thank you so much to the whole team at Sewell INEOS for making me feel like a queen!! Everyone always seems so positive & pleasant (without being pushy) - the atmosphere is just so welcoming & warm.

  I wanted to share how exceptional my experience was working with Blaine Petty and Sarah Fowlkes at Sewell. From the very beginning, the entire process was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. I thought purchasing a vehicle out of state would be complicated, but Blaine made everything straightforward, transparent, and stress-free. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and provided thorough documentation and communication at every step. Sarah was outstanding and incredibly organized throughout the process. She even arranged for a car to pick me up directly from the airport and bring me to the dealership, which immediately set the tone for the level of service Sewell provides. That level of coordination and attention to detail made a strong impression and made the entire experience seamless. There was never any pressure -just honest communication and a genuine effort to make sure everything was handled properly. Even after the sale, both Blaine and Sarah have remained responsive and helpful. The only downside is that I’ll probably have to fly down from Chicago every time I need a car. Thanks again for such a great experience!
