Building relationships, not selling vehicles, is our first priority, and it has been for more than a century. "Customers for Life" - that is our aim. Generations of customers have bought their vehicles from our dealerships. The secret is in how we treat others, and each other. We proudly offer complimentary loan cars, complimentary car washes, and technology consultations
Literally just went there to test drive cars to get an idea come October of what my wife wanted when our daughter took over her vehicle and hands-down was the best buying experience we’ve ever had. Othmane was our sales guy and he was the best! Pulled up as many SUVs as we wanted to test drive and never once seemed annoyed. We had a lot of great conversations during each test drive.

We finally settled on a 2026 X5 M60i and the buying process was so seem less and smooth. Othmane wasn’t pushy or trying to upsell he wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and didn’t add stuff we didn’t need.
We’ll definitely be recommending Sewell BMW of Plano and Othmane to everybody that’s in The market to buy a BMW and we will be back in the future.

Jeff Stanton did an amazing job getting me a very fair price and making sure that all the available benefits, like the military, loyalty customer rebates etc. were fully explained and I was able to take advantage of.
Overall just a great experience and I definitely will go back. I was surprised and was a borderline buyer until after going through several test drives of several different models.
Jeff bent over backwards to make sure I got to see several different models with several different engines and I finally decided on the X3 with the 4-cylinder and I couldn't be happier.
Third BMW in 39 years( and I still own the other two). Absolutely no complaints of the other two dealers I purchased from, one in Florida and one in California, but I honestly feel this was the best experience.

I brought my BMW X5 to Sewell for maintenance that was covered under the BMW Ultimate Care plan, which is set to expire in just a few hundred miles. I was very specific that I only wanted the maintenance covered under Ultimate Care performed. The only additional thing I asked them to look at was the fuel door, which is peeling.
When I picked up my vehicle today, I was shocked to find a $285 charge for an alignment that I never requested or authorized. I just purchased this vehicle on Saturday, and I certainly did not bring it in asking for an alignment.
When I questioned the charge, my service advisor said he specifically remembered discussing the $285 alignment with me. They then produced paperwork related to the alignment on 1 of 2 papers. However, the page containing my signature does not list an alignment or a $285 charge in the services I authorized. Instead, there is a handwritten "$285" in a box on that page, which was not there when I signed for service on that 2nd sheet.
What concerned me even more was watching the service advisor print something out and go back to his office before going to the manager with what was then presented as proof that I had been quoted and authorized the $285 charge.
I cannot say when that handwritten amount was added, but I can say unequivocally that I did not request a $285 alignment, and I would not have knowingly authorized one. The entire situation left me with serious concerns about how my authorization and paperwork were handled.
For $285, Sewell has lost far more than that from me. I will not return to Sewell for service, and I will not purchase another vehicle from Sewell. I expected a much higher level of integrity and customer service from a dealership with Sewell's reputation.
You can keep the $285. Losing my trust and my future business will cost considerably more. We were going to trade my wife's car in a lease a new one this weekend and I'll just go to Mckinney.

I was debating on not leaving a review but my last experience with them was so awful that I felt like I had no choice. I took my car in since it was throwing some codes that a few things needed to be taken care of. I assumed that my warranty would cover these expenses since it did last time, but it took them until after everything was already completed to explain to me that this maintenance was preventative. Okay cool no issue at all I just wish that was explained to me from the get go. Unfortunately my advisor was not the most competent. The second problem was that coffee spilled on my passenger side carpeting which I told them needed to be cleaned immediately. The coffee spill had only sat there for an hour at most before I brought the car to them. They let the coffee stain sit over the weekend in this Texas heat so whenever I got my car back it looked as if it wasn’t cleaned at all and still stunk of coffee. The interior detail was completely half assed and needed to be repeated. Third issue, I told them not to wash the outside of my vehicle because I recently had a paint correction done to it so if it gets taken through a wash it is more prone to scratches in the paint. And what did they do? They did exactly what I told them not to they washed the outside and I now have more swirls and scratches in my paint. After I came to pick up my vehicle I was told to wait in the lobby and that my advisor would let me know when my car would be pulled up. I sat there waiting for 30-40 minutes unnecessarily because my advisor chose not to notify me that my vehicle was ready. I walked out on my own and saw him standing next to my car behaving as if he’d never seen me before. Completely rude and disrespectful. After spending over $1,300 dollars with them this is how you get treated. Maybe it’s because I’m just a 22 year old woman but the service was god awful compared to the first time I came. I will not be back here.

As a long-time Mercedes-Benz loyalist, I walked into Sewell BMW of Plano genuinely unsure whether I was ready to switch brands. The experience I had with the Sewell team and particularly Kenny Mueller played a huge role in changing that.
Kenny was outstanding throughout the process: knowledgeable, patient, transparent, and never pushy. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, worked through multiple options with me, and ultimately helped me find what genuinely feels like my dream car - a stunning Dravit Grey BMW X5. The moment I saw it, I knew we had found the right one.
More importantly, Kenny made the entire experience feel personal rather than transactional. The professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-first approach from the broader Sewell team were equally impressive and exactly what you expect when buying a premium vehicle.
It takes a great product to convince someone to switch brands, but it takes a great dealership experience to make them want to stay. Sewell BMW of Plano and Kenny may have successfully converted this Mercedes loyalist into a BMW loyalist!
Absolutely loving the X5. Five stars and highly recommended.
