  I went in expecting it was time to have my 4-year old battery replaced. Drew took care of me, had the battery tested, and relayed the good news that my battery was still good. Much more efficient than the dealership!

  Drew the manager on duty Tuesday told me I did not need new brakes and I did not need new front tires as the mechanics had told me that I need on Monday. I got a second opinion from another dealership and that was accurate. I’m very thankful I saved about $600. Drew is honest made my day. I also bought two new defender two tires for the back that they ordered for me in price match Walmart. So I did save a little bit there over their price.

  Drew and Cam took wonderful care of me. They were attentive to my issues, went out of their way to give me every possible option and piece of information I needed to make a decision and told me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and what their suggested next steps were. I would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever bringing my car back to this shop. A+++ service and guys!

  On a rainy day I stopped at the NTB store in Plano Parkway in Plano and Mike met me at the Service Counter. The day before I had what turned out to be an extremely bad experience at a discount store in Plano and had just discovered that the problem I had had the day before - was ignored by that crew. I told Mike the details and he took my car key and looked at my car. Mike came back and told me that the original problem was not with my tires. He moved my car inside and his crew did a “field fix” of the original problem. Mike and the Crew was 100% Attentive to my needs - Professional in every aspect and promptly made my car safe to drive. I had used NTW in Ft Worth before moving but had not seen this Plano store since moving. I am a Vet and appreciate greatly how Mike and the Crew went the extra mile for me and they generated a customer for this Plano store.

  Sometimes you find yourself in a situation where you are at the mercy of whoever is willing to help you. This past weekend I cut a tire on my Toyota Sequoia while driving on the freeway in Dallas. We were able to get off at the nearest exit and my wife spotted this NTB just 0.2 miles from where we got off. I pulled in and explained the situation to the manager Drew. He checked his inventory to see if he had a tire in stock that would fit my vehicle but unfortunately didn't carry that size. I asked if I could pay him to mount my full size spare and he immediately had his entire crew jump into action. They pulled the damaged tire and rim, retrieved the spare from under the vehicle, and had everything changed in about 10 minutes. When I went to the counter to pay, Drew told me there was no charge. What a wonderful gesture from a genuinely good person. He only asked that I write him a Google review — which I am happy to do! If you need tire or service work in the Plano area, Drew and his team at NTB will take great care of you. Five stars!
