I can not say enough good things about Tallen and his crew!! I came in yesterday asking someone to put some air in my tire and came back the next day because I needed work done even though I have another shop I usually go to. However because of the care and concern they had with just putting air in my tire I knew I had to come back here! I would give them 100 stars if I could!

Had a very nice experience with this store. Tallen and the team there was a absolute pleasure to talk too and work with. I felt nothing but transparency and honesty with them. I brought my truck to this store to be diagnosed through recommendation from my wife who also had a very pleasant experience here.

I called and spoke to Talken about getting some old tires dismounted from a set of wheels for a collector car . He was very friendly, met me at my truck and pulled the tires out and got them dismounted very quickly. Tallen as well as the other two techs in the shop made quick work of the job and got me back on the road . The Mid 70’s Trans Am wheels are now ready for restoration. Great example of customer service. Hank Crosby, former Home Depot Director of Merchandising Services and Vise President of Dallas Area Pontiac Association

I came to this location a couple years ago and hadn't been back since the past experience was not positive, the team seemed bothered to help and just not friendly. Came back today because my air pressure was low and I noticed my tires were almost bald and this is the closest location. I immediately felt the difference in the vibe and new team. Everyone behind the counter was smiling and greeted and helped me to make a decision on tires. The team member who took down my info was super nice and helpful along with another team member who explained the best tire options. I planned on 2 front tires and didn't notice my LR was also extremely low. Tallen took me out to my car to show me the tire tread and it matched my front ones. That small action was a big deal. Not just telling me I needed something, showing me why. While I waited, Tallen kept me informed on when my tires were on and moving to alignment and the timeframe. I am confident with Tallen and his team after this first visit back and will be back soon for my rear brakes. If you want to take your vehicle to a place you can trust with recommendations vs trying to upsell, this is the place! Great team and great service 👏

Tallen and the rest of the team at NTB are phenomenal-- I have brought my vehicle to the a couple times for different issues and each time they have been the most efficient, professional, and trustworthy shop that I've gone to in years. When I bring my car to them I know they are going to get the job done quickly and without missing a single detail, and I know I can trust them to be fair with their pricing. Their customer service is honestly the best out of any shop I've been to, they are respectful and informative but also just cheery people to work with. If you need it done quick and you want someone who treats you like a human being instead of just another customer, this NTB is your place. Tallen and the rest of their crew will take great care of you.
