  If i could give negative stars they would be negative 10. So I took my vehicle in for an alignment I spent an extra 2k to have control arms replaced its an escalade so the price actually made sense so I allowed it, they adjusted the alignment. well a couple weeks later I had to take it back because it was hit by another person so I needed to make sure the alignment hadn't been knocked out well after having tge car half a day they gave it back and said they did what tgey could do. So I thought nothing of it well I took it to another shop and tgey told me that three out of the tires were out of adjustment and I mean bad. So I called and tried to get these guys to cover charges I mean since you did do tge work. Nope they didnt want to cover any of I said all this to say just dont even bother to your car anywhere but here.

  I had a really stressful situation when my tire got completely sliced and I was stranded on the side of the road. I called roadside assistance, but they didn’t have the star key needed for my lug nut, so they couldn’t help me. Thankfully, I was able to slowly drive over to Mavis Tires, and they were able to help me right away. They had the correct key and quickly changed my flat tire for me. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful during a very frustrating situation. Their customer service was amazing, and I truly appreciated how fast and caring they were. Thank you so much for helping me out when I really needed it! Highly recommend this location.

  Was honest and didn't attempt to take advantage of the customer. Came in with a nail in my tire. Keelan was friendly and personable. The techs removed the nail and checked the damage on the tire to find that the nail didn't penetrate far enough to cause a leak. They very well could have charged me for a nail repair, but, instead handed me my keys and told me that I'm good to go.

  Mavis has my business for life. The manager was pleasant and understanding. The staff was so friendly and professional, the staff treated me like a lady first and made sure all my needs were met under no pressure. For one they listened and understood my situation. I've never gotten that kind of treatment at other shops. Plus its very clean. Thank you Mavis team for making sure this ole gurl was safe!! 👍🤩

  Got new tires from them about a week ago. Driving home last night, I realize my pressure gauge on my car read 50,45,39, and 41 for the tires. That’s not only completely incorrect as the psi should be at 33, it’s insanely dangerous. To have a tire at FIFTY? When I drive on 75 in Dallas every stinken day. And then when I showed up to have it fixed, the guy who helped looked at the side of my door to figure out the psi, typed it into a machine and it did it for him. Seeing that, it’s hard not to think they did it on purpose to try and get the tires to wear down faster. In what world when you have a machine who literally does it for you would my tires ever be at those psi’s that are 17 above where they should be? They suggested it could be the gauge in my car but as they decreased the pressure in my tire the gauge to where it should be, my cars gauge adjusted. Not going here again, and if you choose to, I would check on your car after the work is done.
