- RTRita Trinidad3 days ago5.0recently visited Ross and Noah at Mavis Tires and Brakes did an outstanding job on my car! My vehicle runs like brand new. The customer service was beyond amazing, and everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. They made me feel valued as a customer, and I truly appreciate the excellent service they provided. I highly recommend mavis to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service!
- LALisa Allgood3 days ago5.0I had a low tire that had a nail in it. They fixed it promptly, and everyone that worked there was very courteous and nice. I would recommend this tire shop.
- VHVoneice HallOct 1, 20265.0I spent over three hours in the area trying to get just one tire changed. I went to Firestone and Discount Tire, but they either didn’t have time or didn’t have the tire I needed. I ended up buying a tire, and Firestone said they could install it—but when we returned, they told us they couldn’t do it. Then we came to Mavis Tires & Brakes, and the team helped us immediately! They changed the tire within 10 minutes and provided excellent service and communication throughout the entire visit. I’ll definitely be back tomorrow to buy the other three tires and get my car ready for winter. Thank you for making a frustrating day so much better. If you’re looking for a team with excellent communication and service, I highly recommend them!

The workers have such a good vibe, and you can tell they actually care about helping people more than just doing their job. The facility is also really clean and comfortable, and they have nice desks where you can sit and use your laptop while you wait. (Not all Mavis have this) I have a Mavis that’s closer to me, but I’d rather come here just because the people and the overall vibe are so much better. They’re just so good at making people’s day.
