  I got an oil change on my BMW. I typically take it directly to the dealership but I got tired of constantly getting charged over $200 for a simple oil change. Charles was absolutely amazing! He let me know what the price was of the oil change, got me all situated, and once I gave him the all clear to start work, I was out of there in no time! They ensured that everything was checked on my car before leaving and walked me out of my vehicle. I would 100% come back to this location!

  This is the fist time I visited this place to check how the service would be. They are extremely expensive. I changed the oil so many times at many places same car. It is more expensive than BMW showroom. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  Saturday mid-day stop in for a Synthetic Oil Change and Air Filter replacement... Met with Charles at the front counter and explained the intended visit. I do my own Cabin Filter so that caused some conversation, jokes and back and forth banter *lol thinking about that again*. Got the work done via Lewis (thanks Lewis for going over the individual items covered and some recommendations). Maintenance inspection completed...Air filter checked and replaced...Vehicle serviced... Great service as always over the past 8 years. Thanks Charles and thanks Lewis.

  I took my car a 2008 Honda Civic for state inspection due this past April. After the manager finished the inspection, he took few minutes to checked my car underneath. He showed me and provided a good advice to keep my car running in excellent conditions!

My main concern comes down to management and overall professionalism. From what I observed, the environment behind the scenes didn’t reflect the level of organization and consistency most customers would expect from an auto shop. In my experience, leadership plays a big role in how smoothly a shop operates, and that can impact the overall customer experience. As someone familiar with how automotive businesses should run, I’d suggest getting a second opinion before moving forward with any major repairs. It’s always a good idea to compare options and make sure you’re comfortable with the service you’re receiving.
