This Kwik Kar has ALWAYS taken care of me. Their manager is one of a kind. He’s up front. He’s honest. He would give you the shirt off his back. He has stayed late to help me. Gone more than the extra mile to help me. These people that work here work at a fast and reliable pace. They physically will show you what’s wrong with your car and why they need to replace or repair something. The quotes for their service are so fair. The financing options are super helpful and make the whole process of fixing your car less stressful.

Charles at Kwik Kar is awesome. I called the day before I was to bring my Tahoe in for an inspection & spoke to him. The next morning, he remembered me, and he immediately got to work on it. Not only did he inspect it, but he checked and topped off all the fluids. When he was done, he made a few suggestions, and had me on my way in no time. As I was leaving, I saw him treat the other customers in the same nice, professional and respectful manner. An overall great experience. I'll be back.

I recently had car trouble and was incredibly grateful for the help I received from Charles, the manager. Even though it was his day off, he went above and beyond to assist me. He helped diagnose the issue with my car, allowed me to follow him to his shop for further assistance, and even gave me a ride to a location closer to my home where a friend could meet me. Throughout the entire process, Charles communicated clearly about what my car needed and even took the time to speak with my family to keep everyone informed. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help during a stressful situation meant so much to me.
