  Absolutely the best! No upsale, just good old plain mechanical work being done. I love it. I feel like I could really trust this team.

  I walked in needing an emissions test and an oil change. I was happy cause there were ZERO cars being worked on or in the bay area so I thought I would be in and out. When I approached the counter there was a guy sitting there eating bagels and on his phone and acted like I was interrupting something important. When I said I needed an emmisions test and oil change the guy proceeded to inform me that he was all alone and "the other guy" was at lunch and he could to the emissions test but it and the oil change would take 1 hour 15 mins. I said I would do the emissions test first and see where we were when that was done. The guy acted like he really didnt want to do it but he eventually got up and went to go do the test. Maybe 5 min later a guy comes from the upstairs area and I could only assume it was " the other guy" so I was relieved that I would get the oil change done too. He proceeded to walk around the bay area and was straighting up all the while the counter guy is on his phone looking like he really didnt know how to do the test. After he was done I asked if the other guy who was walking around was going to do the oil change after all. The counter guy replied " he's still on lunch" even though he had been walking around acting busy. If they didn't want to do the oil change just say so he wasn't bothered or batted an eye when I said I would just go somewhere else for the oil change. This is some of the worst service I have had , the " I dont want to do it attitude" was written all over the counter guys face. The business must be doing great to just turn away a paying customer. I will not be back even though it is 5 minutes away from where I work.

  Looking for an oil change for my car went there this morning 945 worker came out said he’s the only one there he cannot change the oil I asked him when will there somebody be there? He said around 11 1130, guys that’s not a way to run a business like that you lost my business and respect.Thumbs down.

  I just needed an oil change, but was fully expecting them to tell me I had several things wrong with my car. Fortunately, the gentleman who helped me, Cash, was extremely professional and honest. He told me that I should get new wipers and also an air cabin filter. He said everything else was good. I appreciated his honesty because I just got my car back from Lexus and was told those were the two things I needed. He did not try to miss lead me in anyway. Although, pricey for an oil change, I will definitely refer friends and family. Cash, Thank you for making it a good experience

  I brought my car in for oil change and transmission service on Sunday. Was informed they would need to order supplies and we scheduled for me to come back at 8 am Wednesday and it would take “a couple of hours”. I arrived at 7:45 and the only person at the shop knew nothing about my appointment and “the guy who does that will not be in until later”. I asked that he call the Manager to find out an ETA. He called and was told he would be in later. I got an Uber to take me home and at 9:40 received a call with pricing and informed the manager would call me later in the day. I asked that he call me back. No call. I called back at noon and was told the manager was off but spoke to the asst manager who had just arrived. He had to find out what was going on and would call me back. I once again got an Uber and when I arrived to pick up my car and again spoke about my frustration, all I got was an “I understand”. No discount for half my day being taken, meetings and trainings at work missed. I realize things happen but this was ridiculous and very poor customer service. The Manager reached out to me and all of my issues were addressed and resolved satisfactorily.
