  The service is really bad. I went for a oil change today at downtown plano location. Not only the cost is way more than other location but the service is worse. There is some oil stain on my car seat after. They also forgot to put the sticker for the 5000 mile reminder. More importantly they told me that my battery is bad and need a replacement. I went to autozone to double check, turns out it was completely fine. I am disappointed

  I came in this afternoon to get the inspection done, Kevin, David and roaik did a great job. I was in and out very quick, excellent customer service.

  They used to do good work, but now I can't even get them to answer their phone. Multiple attempts go to voicemail. Even stopped by and waited inside nearly 5 minutes but nobody came to the front desk, so if they don't want to answer their phone, or come to assist live customers, I'll be happy to go elsewhere.
